Really confused. I had points for a free medium drink. And $3.85 on my app. I got 2 drinks. 1 free and the other totalling $5.06 after tax. So my bill should have been $3.21 with a $2 tip. Well the points and $ from my app are gone and I was charged $10.10. I asked the girl at the window why i was charged $10 for a $5 drink when there most of it paid for with the app $. She just looked confused and asked if I wanted to buy another drink.. Not helpful.. I took my $7 loss and left because there were many cars behind me.
