I drove through. The lady came to my car and took my order. I got a large mocha freeze with whipped topping and chocolate syrup. The total was $8.50. I waited roughly 2 minutes and my order was up. The lady at the window provided service with a smile and was nice.
I come here every day and I absolutely love this location. I love the people that work here unfortunately, I literally just left the drive-through and I watched the barista pet all over these dogs in the car in front of me. Then she tried to hand me my coffee, so I had to ask her to go wash her hands! She got an attitude and sent somebody else to the window I’m not OK with that. That’s disgusting.
When you order sugar free drinks, you don’t always get sugar free. I watched the girl put regular syrup in my drink because she had it on the counter and didn’t want to reach up for the sugar free syrups (I watched her look at me so knew exactly what she did). This is the 2nd time it’s happened. I will probably go to another store from now on.
