I guess Happy Burger has decided to become the new sonic with their food and customer service. We ordered 4 Jumbo cheeseburgers that look like McDonalds kid burgers. 2 of the burgers weren't right, one was suppose to have mayo, bacon, and all the veggies instead it was plain and dry and no bacon. Another was suppose to have mustard, onion, and pickle but had mayo instead. I called them to let them know our order was messed up, talked to some lady suppose to be manager. She said well bring them back and I told her that we live in Kellyville and that just wouldn't be suffice to drive all the way back up there. She says OK well I'm sorry with a poor attitude. I told her well I won't be doing anymore business there, her answer was no problem your welcome to go elsewhere with a smirky laugh. Last time we were there, we eat inside, this same lady the whole time we was there was screaming and being very rude to a young girl that was working, making the girl cry. This place is nothing of what it used to be and obviously dont care if they lose business or not! Let me also note that the inside of this place is filthy and disgusting!

We ordered the daily special which was a burger fries and a drink, and the burger was made very well tasted great and came out fast. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Over all building atmosphere was great with a lot of collectibles. Building could use some tlc. Overall a great time

Oh man. I finally stop here on 5-19-2025 cause some friends told me about this place boy they werent wrong the burgers and fresh hot fries were on point. The service was good the workers were friendly too. Will defiantly be coming back and not alone either.
