I go out of my way and drive 40minutes to go to this KFC, in many ways it is better than any KFC near me in Bixby, Tulsa region, The only store I had found better was the one in Okmulgee that did a great job every time I have been so far.

Today when I went however was a different story, I ordered the Taste of KFC $20 meal in order to get more breasts and wings instead of ordering 2 of the $10 dark meat only versions of the taste of KFC which would have came out to 2 additional pieces of chicken but in dark meat only.

When I got home I had noticed that the Taste of KFC $20 was all dark meat, and on top of that the 8pc bucket of mixed chicken, only contained one breast and one wing.. Total disappointment considering some of my family will only eat white meat.

So instead of getting 3 breast 3 wings, 4 thigh and 4 drum, I received 1 breast 1 wing, 6 thighs, 6 drum.

Got begged back by an ad asking us to give KFC another chance! Horrible choice!! I spent $27+ for inedible food that went straight in the garbage. I called the manager for a refund because replacing the order is pointless if this is even close to what I'll get again! The manager said I would need to get a refund through the app... Over an hour later, they offered a $13 refund. I will NEVER go to KFC again, nor should you. Who can afford to give away $27 and still cook dinner?

The food is good. The service is excellent. The only thing that is a problem, a chemical smell coming from the restrooms. Every time I eat here, the chemical smell interferes with the chicken aroma. I wish the manager would take note of this problem.

Used to be a great place drove from tulsa multiple times a month just to eat the buffet before covid. Then they restarted an all you can eat over the counter was great loved showing up every christmas parade then they decide to stop it I will never go to this kfc again or probably Amy other since there is still churches Popeyes even golden corral

Ordered on doordash numerous times the chicken pot pie, and they always fullfill the Order. We ordered tonite and they only had one pot pie but instead of cooking another they called and said they were out of one of the two and it only takes 12 minutes to cook the pot pie I would have waited for a fresh one manager's are ignorant

Ordered via the KFC mobile app. Tried calling this location multiple times, and the employees let it ring. Don’t know why it’s so hard to put gravy with a large side of mashed potatoes, and how incompetent the employees must be to not be able to read an order with no customers in line, nor waiting, and forget to put 3 biscuits ordered extra. Also gave me a different ā€œdessertā€ than what I ordered. Employees reeked from smoking, didn’t seem to have a care since it’s almost closing time, and in general should not be working at a fast food establishment. Better off being a cart pusher at Walmart, since they can’t get a simple order right. I did not have any changes to my order, just simply what was available on the menu, and in essence received ā€œhalfā€ of what I ordered. Whoever is the manager here needs to be held accountable for the employees, as this has shown no proper leadership at this facility. I used to love KFC, and now I do not ever want to eat it again, at any location. POPEYES PROVES to be better.

I placed an order at 3:50. It stated my order would be ready to pick up at 4:10 and at 5 o’clock. I still did not have my order this place has very poor customer service and this is the second bad experience that I’ve had at that store and I will not be visiting again and it’s highly unlikely that I’ll visit any KFC. This is left a bad taste in my mouth.

This KFC used to be really good and fast service, but…. Now it has really gone down hill the chicken has been aweful our last 3 visits, ended up trying to switch over to sandwiches and famous bowls but every time we order online no matter how far ahead of time we end up having to park by the wall while everyone in line gets served first,, wouldn’t be a big deal but seems to take 15 to 20 minutes every time to get our food! Idk why it’s only with app orders!! Sapulpa may need a new chicken place because KFC and CHURCHS customer service is just bad!!
