Ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza with LIGHT sauce on the app for pickup. Drove from the west of Kellyville to pick up and received a pizza with more sauce on it than I've ever seen on a pizza in my entire life. So freakin angry and I want my money back.

We have been ordering here for years now...
But today (10/7/2025) my wife ordered a large stuffed crust cheese, wings, and bread sticks through their website. 20mins later we get two pizzas: a regular cheese and a meat lover. Definitely not our order. Wife called and was told they would redo our order. An hour later still no order.
My wife just laughed it off and took the hit, but I am not as happy or forgiving.

Pizza was good a couple times but today I ordered two pizzas, my wife's was good. Mine was burnt to a crisp and absolutely covered in the pretzel salt which is only good on the crust. It also has this strange chemical taste. I've never sent a pizza back in my life but this was not edible. Just disgusting. Threw it away after two slizes. Inconsistent quality of food here. Had my wife try some of mine and she confirmed it tastes worse than burnt it has a super weird taste to it, we were scared to give it to our dog which is the usual go to for scraps..

The new guy they got up there with red beard is what customer service should look like. He is friendly and has a great attitude. I hope he keeps that spark because I know working with public is not an easy job. He is very helpful and his overall attitude was refreshing.
