It had a friendly staff, However you can't hardly place an order over the noises coming from the frozen ice cream machine at the counter, The whole place was filthy and unkempt, Can't say we'll ever go back, Also noticed uncooked cases of fish going out the back door.

We waited a long time for our food, the service wasn't accomodating, dining room wasn't clean, and the loud noise coming from their ice cream machine was cringe worthy. The food was mediocre, wasn't worth the wait. Overall, the Long John's/A&W corporation need to do some major updating on their restaurants, they're absolutely disgusting and we will NOT be returning. They've neglected their stores and have become a hole-in-the-wall has been restaurants ever since the combining of the companies. We've been to both Tulsa stores and this one in Sapulpa and they all have that common thread of filth and bad plumbing. If I were the District Manager, let alone an employee, I'd be highly embarrassed, but it seems that they really don't care about the appearance of their restaurants and it doesn't seem like they're going to do anything about it any time soon. I'm saddened by their lack thereof care for not only their image, but also their care for their customers. Seriously, you need to put more consideration into your company's image.

Love long johns but can't seem to get there stuff In gear for customers due to not enough staff. Always opens late. Place needs major updates floor is always nasty grease. Sapupla location needs much improvement .

Long John Silver's the day I went in to order some take out, I was blasted the the smoke from the kitchen. There exhaust was not working smelled like rancid grease the whole inside was full of smoke but the front door was opened. Not only I was complaining but there were also several other customers as well and complaining. Then there was really not delicious fish, shrimp and hush puppies not good at all not recommend but the corn and green beans were not bad compared to the main meal. Customer service was really great but the food is differently 2 thumbs down.

This is the most amazing Long John Silver's my family and I have ever been to. The food was fresh and the manager is very attentive and hospitable. I believe the managers name was Tammy. We will definitely be back! ðŸ˜

This visit I will not brag on them the cashier was sick coughing and hacking and sneezing could barely talk impatient snatching things out of my hand which was my credit card and slide it through the machine and punch numbers on it which I did not appreciate.. she was in a hurry for us to get our order in and get out way from her then when we got the food the grease was old the food tasted nasty I squish the fish out on napkins it ran through for five of them and still is on the table so I was not happy with Long John Silver's in Scapula's this visit and it's normally good

That was the worst visit we have ever had there. The lady that waited on us the second time I asked how much longer we were going to have to wait on our food, after almost 45 minutes of waiting on our food. She was so hateful. Won't be back.

This place is disgusting. Does anyone who works here know how to clean? It took 45 minutes to get our food and they had no ice, so we had to drink our drinks hot. And, while we were eating I heard one of the employees say that they were out of rice and hush puppies. One of my family members went to the restroom and it was atrocious. How is this place passing the health inspection? NASTY! I or my family will not be eating here ever again.

This place would be fantastic if they would get a little bit of support from their corporate entities. The General Manager needs to be fired, this individual refuses to have work done to the restaurant. The ceiling leaks all over the counter anytime it rains and the sink in the mens room is being held together with hopes and dreams. The staff do what they can with what they are given. Just shameful.
