I have order delivery a 4 times now. They are 0 for 4 on delivering what I order. They sent the wrong pizzas every time.

Charged me $14 for an Italian hoagie that they sent out to me with only one piece of ham a gallon of Italian dressing, and a piece of bread. And that’s all.
And then told me they didn’t care, and wouldn’t help me. They weren’t going to talk to whomever made it, or make sure food is being made right.
They just told me sorry, and tough shit.

2 medium pepperoni pizzas were nearly $20. They weren't cut and quality was lacking, especially for the price. Dominoes would've been half the price and slightly better quality. Disappointed as mazzios is usually the best.

The afternoon/ lunch chef's are amazing, food is great every time! The front counter staff is friendly, helpful and fast.

This was worst ever 70-80 wait time for a block and a half!!! Sandwich and fries cold!!! Pizza cold!!! Bread cold!!!! Total waste of money!!!!!
If it's 4pm and you want a delivery by 7, go ahead and order. 40 min delivery is actually 1 hour 25 min. Pre heat that oven while you wait because your pasta will be cold.

Literally takes 45 mins just to get food will drive to a different mazzios this one needs to be shut down I'm calling the health department to get this location shut down
