This was honestly one of the weirdest and most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I ordered a pizza online 25 minutes before arriving so it would be ready for my 45-minute lunch break. When I got there, the person at the front desk had no idea what was going on, and my pizzas still weren’t ready. The machines weren’t working properly, the pizzas were burning, and the supervisor just said he didn’t have anyone else working and the machine was broken. All he did was tell me he was sorry, but he didn’t do anything to actually help me out. Ordering ahead was pointless, and this completely ruined my lunch break. Very disappointing service.

They made sure to refund our food when my friend didn't get her personal pizza. They explained the issues, even had the GM personally refunded us since it was delivery. Thank you for making it right and we wish you a good one.

I asked for EXTRA BACON and actually got like little to NO bacon and my pizza was uncooked it was like eat raw dough yikes please read your tickets. I will say this the lady manager made it right and listen to me and credit my phone number thank you

Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Answered the phone and before I could even speak they were already rude. It’s my kids birthday and I asked if they could somehow make “Happy Bday” with the pepperonis and they told me that wasn’t possible on a large pizza. I then requested to have the pepperonis on the side so I could do it with my self and was immediately faced with more attitude. It takes 10 seconds to be kind and they clearly have none of any sense of good customer service. 0/10 recommend this location.

All right y'all Skittles here for yet another shining review. I wouldn't eat here ever.. unless you like boogers in your pizza. Yes that's what I said. Went to pick up a pizza today and while the manager was outside on his phone with what I assume was cooperate he was leaning on his truck picking his nose..... Then came back in griping at his employees for the drawer being short DID NOT wash hands or wear gloves and proceeded to cut MY pizza.... I said NOPE. And walked out. Thank God I hadn't paid for this order yet. YuK. Eat at your own risk! sad because pizza hut is my favorite pizza place. Just not this one....
This pizza is literally inedible. Original stuff crust. Hardest pizza in the world

I come here to pick up a Doordash order an the store manager was really rude to me,he was giving me order when I clarified to him I know the order say handle to the costumer and I answered yes I know how to follow the order and he get angry and start to yell to me that I'm working for him and his store and I need to followed his instructions (I'm a platinum Doordash with a 99AR 4.98 costumers review and about 5k dashes on me) and I walked through my care and him come to me and snatch out of my pizza bag the food and keep yelling at me for no reason these man needs to chill out and how ever giving the manager position needs to check on him he is out of his control

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve visited. Second time I’ve been and it’s the second time the didn’t put 2 out of the 4 ingredients on my pizza. No quality control at all. Check in for curbside yet have to go inside anyway. Place is a joke.
