Was in the area & thought this would be a good choice for the family.
Everything was sub-par.
Brisket didn't have much of a smoke ring. It was very dry & hard to eat. A couple bites & I was done.
The only thing I enjoyed was the fresh little side salad & the ranch dressing tasted like it was homemade. That was the high point for me.
Place wasn't that clean, lots of dirty tables.
Basically, it's a very disappointing restaurant.
Won't be back.

Normally no issues here, and we WERE late in the evening, one of the last tables the last time we went. Out of chicken, out of turkey, and the brisket was pretty dry, which is of course a large portion of the menu. We figured it out, the waitress was very nice, just really busy with closing time activities. Like I said, normally no issues here, but at the end of the night, just don't expect the same as at dinner hour.

Ordered the dirty deed from the pitmaster pick. The ribs are not up to the mark. Pulled pork and sausage are just ok. Loved the potato salad and sweet/smoky beans. Overall its just an average experience.

worst location ever after sitting at order board listening to employees run their gab for a couple minutes they finally acknowledged me to take my order which took me 30sec. pull around to window and NOBODY came to window for over 9mins. and thats after i started noticing how long i was sitting there...avoid this location. other rib crib locations are so much better. its 1830hrs on 01.30.25 and there may have been 7 cars in front of building. terrible management, terrible customer service

Beyond disappointed with this location. We will NEVER go back. The only positive thing I can say is that our group of 10 was seated promptly.
Once seated we waited 10-15 minutes for drink orders to be taken after we had gone and tracked down a sever. The sever apologized stating “They didn’t see us”.
I’m not sure how you don’t see a party of 10 waiting to be served….
After about 38 minutes of waiting, we finally ordered our food. 15 minutes later our server came to tell us that they were out of a few different things we had ordered…which was frustrating but not a huge deal. 1 hour and 15 minutes later we received 3 plates out of 10 and the food on the plates received was ice cold. While continuing to wait for the remainder of the food, the server comes back over to inform us that they are out of more food. We asked for a manager at that point and waited for 10 minutes. A manager never came over so we got up and left along with another group sitting next to us who had the same experience. The service was terrible.

I’m not sure how this place is still in business.

I am done with this location!! The brisket was tough / rubbery, and the turkey was extremely dry. It seems this location has problems producing good food on a consistent basis.

I am disabled and on a fixed income and finally saved up enough money to take my niece and I out to eat she had never had rib crib so I bragged to her how good the place is boy what a let down the place was clean but it took for ever to get to order and get our food we both ordered half rack and by the time we got it it was cold I think it set to long before we got it. They came around 2 times and asked what we ordered. I went ahead and paid for our order but we took one bit and left she will be coming soon to visit and I'm sure she want ask to go back. I'm so barest and disappointed.

I’ve enjoyed this place for years. Current staff is inattentive. We sat for 10 mins before I had to ask a server who our server was. Then the person she told we were her customers and she shook her head and could not be bothered by us. We were a burden to them. We got up left.

We like rib crib, this location has let us down last few times. Its not the cleanest, the bathrooms could use attention. The crew is friendly . Last time we ate here our pork was cold and there was a rather large piece of melted plastic in my nachos. I let them know but they just apologoze and made another iffy plate of nachos for me. Just wasn't appeitizing ( did i spell that wrong?) I will prob find a different location to go to.

** I filled out a survey online and let them know how my visit was and they rembursed me for the bad food. I appreciate them making things right.

I am a previous employee and nothing there is clean. I worked there for a month due to management. Joyce is very rude and had a lot of people complain about her but nobody was gonna do anything about it because the managers love her. They are also out of everything all the time. They have a bunch of crackheads working there. There storage shed has mice in it and homeless people get in there. They suck and I don't recomend his place to anyone. They also smoke and vape in the back near the food. That is including manager.
