Met Pablo years ago at Mexico Lindo, and prefer his menu to any other around. Always amazing- highly recommend chicken habaneros cream enchiladas, crab queso, and sooo many other unique options!

Senor Pablo's exceeded my expectations in both flavor and service. We were greeted and seated upon arrival. The restaurant had plenty of seating. We went at dinner time and did not have a wait. Our drink orders were taken immediately and we were able to place our appitizer order with it. The chips and salsa tasted freshly made. Our server was great at making sure we had a basket full of warm chips at all times.We ordered the table guacamole, and to my surprise, the server prepared it fresh at our table in front of us. For the dinner entrée, I ordered the classic fajitas mixed with chicken and steak. It also came with a full plate of rice and beans on the side. There is a choice of flour or corn tortillas. I wish I have ordered extra tortillas because the food portions were large and there were plenty of extras left over to take to go.Overall, if you're in the Sapulpa area, I would recommend visiting Senor Pablo's. The food is great and the service was hospitable.
