They are willing to take my order and fix a problem with no problem. They always make me leave with the attitude of wanting to come back for more. The food is always made right and the fries and the food are always hot and fresh when they bring it to me.

This Sonic is guaranteed to have the slowest experience in town, food is always cold if they even manage to get your order right, lacks customer support skills as well as basic training like preparing the food or making change, and is all around the worst service one could ask for at a restaurant. As a person who loves the Sonic brand this location is laughable as well as guaranteed to make your day worse when you visit. 0/5 stars.

Food was okay albeit overpriced ($12 for cheeseburger combo with no upgrades). Service was very slow despite only one other costumer in parking lot. Car hop was friendly enough.

Don't go here. Terrible service. Never got our food.
Waited 45 minutes for a coney and a shake and finally gave up and went to Braums.
This should be the next Sonic to close down.

Grandson and I ordered drinks and it took about 15 minutes with only 1 other car in the parking lot. Then the carhop didn't know how to make change. This was the Sapulpa location.

Absolutely insane to wait 40 minutes for a drink. I already paid or I would have left. Placed a mobile order, checked in and then it said my order was completed. Whoever was working must have marked it as complete because they didn’t want to take the time to run it out. Ridiculous. No refund, no coupons, just a “Oops sorry about the wait”. I was late for work with absolutely no regard for my time. We’ve had multiple issues at this Sonic but this was the last straw.

I order a sweet tea with my meal, when I got my order I had unsweetened tea. I push the button and bring it to their attention. was told we will have it right out. I ate my meal with nothing to drink. finally after 15 minutes they bring out my sweet tea. not even a apologize for the mess up plus I had to wait for my drink even after finishing my meal. this place has gone to crap. won't eat here again. this isn't the first time things was wrong but I thought I would give sonic one more chance. big mistake

The wait time is atrocious, even if you order ahead. It's 50/50 wether your order is correct and if you happen to get the right order it's either burnt or so sloppily made you can't eat it.

Over the last year this sonic has gone down hill if you want to wait 45 minutes to get your food then definitely come here. Then when you hit the button to ask for where your food is you get hit with attitude from the employees. This isn’t just during busy times. There could be 3 other people in the parking lot and you will still wait 20-30 minutes for your food.

I ordered two foot long coneys with mustard, chili, and onions. It was correct on the ticket. We only got wieners, mustard and onions. They were so bad my husband did not eat his. Mine was horrible. I called to let them know there was no chili. He asked me if I was sure! Probably will not be back!

We waited 30 minutes for our food, then one of my kids meals was missing a toy and both kids meals were missing their applesauce. I tried to call, but no one answered the phone.
