I ordered two foot long coneys with mustard, chili, and onions. It was correct on the ticket. We only got wieners, mustard and onions. They were so bad my husband did not eat his. Mine was horrible. I called to let them know there was no chili. He asked me if I was sure! Probably will not be back!

This place does not have their priorities set. Waited for 20+ minutes in the online pickup stalls while the food runners just glared at me. Not even asking if I’ve been helped. Went to the drive thru to make sure my order was received. It was but not made. Waited another 20 minutes just for the most gloomed sonic worker I’ve ever seen. I work customer service and I get that people have their off days. But for less than a 20 second interaction, there needs to be more spark and not a mumbling mess. Should have just made the trip to Happy Burger. At least there their customer service is somewhat decent.

Took around 20 minutes to get our food. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals with tator tots. Burgers only had 1 piece of bacon on them and looked like the were thrown together. Tator tots were the best part of the whole meal. Cherry limeades didn't even have cherries just limes. Will think twice about going back. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 6 minutes for someone to take order after button was pushed. Waited 22 minutes longer for 2-3 piece chicken strips tots and tea. Chicken was very small and tots were cold. Both sets of Tots and chicken were upside down in bag and no sauce for the chicken. We did receice 15 packets of ketchup. Definitely not worth the 19 dollars we spent. Waste of time and Definitely a waste of money.

It took 35 minutes ( I'm not exaggerating I was counting) to receive 1 smasher combo and two sodas. When the food did finally come out the woman who gave it too me not only did not apologize for the ridiculous wait she literally said nothing, gave me an incorrect Order with old soggy fries and left. I will never ever be back to this location again.
This place is horrible!!! The food is not great and getting someone to wait on you is almost impossible. If I could I would give them no stars!

I don't like leaving bad reviews but 2 horrible trips back to back deserves it. A week ago I ordered ahead online, literally 1 soda and one shake, waited 52 minutes before driving to the window and asking for my order, where she tells me they've had it the whole time, and forgot to bring it to me. They proceed to hand me a completely melted shake and close the window, so I waved and asked for a new shake. Now my most recent visit I'm the ONLY person in the drive thru and order just 2 sodas, I wait at the window for 8 minutes as I watch the women lumber around as if they're lost. My wife's drink was good but mine was completely flat and didn't even have the flavoring I asked for. Worst sonic I've ever been to
