absolutely horrendous. i’ve never had a problem with a curbside pickup at any other subway location but once i arrived at the store and it said my order was ready, i waited nearly half an hour for someone to bring out my food. i noticed the store was rather busy but there was a guy just standing behind the counter doing nothing and 30 mins is insane to wait for pickup lol. especially when they told the app my order was ready. then i get home and one of the sandwiches is nothing like what i ordered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order and waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got to the counter, I showed my order number to one of the employees, who walked to the back to “call the manager.” The manager informed me that I needed to wait until exactly 4:00 PM to receive my order. I returned at 4:15 PM only to find out my order hadn’t even been started.
One of the employees then claimed my order was “false” and made a comment that my last name was in the first name field as if that somehow justified the mess. What a joke. The dismissive attitude, smirks, and lack of professionalism from these teenage employees were incredibly disappointing.
I’m normally a very patient and generous person, but this experience was unacceptable. Poor service, no accountability, and zero respect for customer time.

This subway is AWFUL!!! My husband ordered online and I went to pick it up on my way home from work. The two boy children that gave my our sandwiches were moving slow as sloths putting them in bags and stickers on the bag. Then I get home and my sandwich is horrible. Bread is burnt and hard as a rock, barely any tuna on it at all, very thin layer, they didn't add black olives which is my favorite part, it was just absolutely horrible. The owners and management must really not care about this store or how they represent their company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Will NOT be going to any subway anymore, will be going to Capriotti's from now on!!!

I hadn't ate Subway in over a year now I know why. It wasn't good. Went to the one in shopping center in Sapulpa. Next time I'll be going to the one at Walmart it's definitely better!

Placed an online order over an hr in advance, they were missing half my order and didn’t call in advance to tell me, just told me to pick different things when I picked up my order, not a clean place either. Poor service and poor quality

Have placed a couple online orders. They are never ready on time. I’ve had to wait at least 20 minutes after getting there to get my food. It’s 25 minutes so far this time. I’m still waiting. I think I’ll go to the one at Walmart from now on.
