Have placed a couple online orders. They are never ready on time. I’ve had to wait at least 20 minutes after getting there to get my food. It’s 25 minutes so far this time. I’m still waiting. I think I’ll go to the one at Walmart from now on.

This was awful. They had NONE of the items I ordered except the diet coke. I walked in, and they said they have no meatballs, they don't sell mozzarella, or the cookies I ordered. And the two teens working laughed and said they didn't know what to do, and started serving the next customer as though that was all she wrote. Made me wait 10min before they decided to take my order for something else. The young man said no when the young lady asked him to see what I wanted instead, and went to the back. The young lady was polite at least, and made my sandwich. I had to order a completely different meal (steak w provolone peppers and onions, bag of chips) no idea if I'm owed anything for the difference (probably). The restaurant was pretty dirty, and I don't think I'll order there ever again. The one at Walmart is 200% cleaner with better service.

Today I walked into Subway there's a few people in front of me you know after they're done with all those people I'm just standing there like an idiot waiting for someone to approach me and ask me hey what would you like today no I didn't get that I just got ignored act like I didn't exist so I wouldn't recommend going to this Subway I mean I did call the manager after I left but I hung up on her because she wasn't doing or saying anything that I wanted to hear and the person that came over there that just didn't say anything to me he should not have a job there I didn't get his name but he shouldn't work there. I also didn't order I looked at them I said are you serious I've been standing here y'all haven't even approached me That's rude and I walked out because lack of customer service lack of customers Good job Subway you lost a customer

When we arrived, two of the employees were sitting on the ground outside the front door smoking. Granted they came right in, when they saw us, but we came into a dirty store with food all over the floor and tables in disarray. There was no line but the cooler lids were open and out of most items (like lettuce, peppers and spinach). The girl at the register didn’t seem to know how to operate it for cash or card and the soda machine was flat. They blamed being out of everything on having a new manager (who wasn’t there) but there’s no excuse for a dirty store.
