If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order and waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got to the counter, I showed my order number to one of the employees, who walked to the back to ācall the manager.ā The manager informed me that I needed to wait until exactly 4:00 PM to receive my order. I returned at 4:15 PM only to find out my order hadnāt even been started.
One of the employees then claimed my order was āfalseā and made a comment that my last name was in the first name field as if that somehow justified the mess. What a joke. The dismissive attitude, smirks, and lack of professionalism from these teenage employees were incredibly disappointing.
Iām normally a very patient and generous person, but this experience was unacceptable. Poor service, no accountability, and zero respect for customer time.

This subway is AWFUL!!! My husband ordered online and I went to pick it up on my way home from work. The two boy children that gave my our sandwiches were moving slow as sloths putting them in bags and stickers on the bag. Then I get home and my sandwich is horrible. Bread is burnt and hard as a rock, barely any tuna on it at all, very thin layer, they didn't add black olives which is my favorite part, it was just absolutely horrible. The owners and management must really not care about this store or how they represent their company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Will NOT be going to any subway anymore, will be going to Capriotti's from now on!!!

I hadn't ate Subway in over a year now I know why. It wasn't good. Went to the one in shopping center in Sapulpa. Next time I'll be going to the one at Walmart it's definitely better!

Have placed a couple online orders. They are never ready on time. Iāve had to wait at least 20 minutes after getting there to get my food. Itās 25 minutes so far this time. Iām still waiting. I think Iāll go to the one at Walmart from now on.

This was awful. They had NONE of the items I ordered except the diet coke. I walked in, and they said they have no meatballs, they don't sell mozzarella, or the cookies I ordered. And the two teens working laughed and said they didn't know what to do, and started serving the next customer as though that was all she wrote. Made me wait 10min before they decided to take my order for something else. The young man said no when the young lady asked him to see what I wanted instead, and went to the back. The young lady was polite at least, and made my sandwich. I had to order a completely different meal (steak w provolone peppers and onions, bag of chips) no idea if I'm owed anything for the difference (probably). The restaurant was pretty dirty, and I don't think I'll order there ever again. The one at Walmart is 200% cleaner with better service.
