I will never come here again, they got my order wrong 3 times. They don’t listen and I’m done being nice about it. It’s not hard to make a burrito that’s Lettuce, sour cream, and meat only. Do better guys, today yall sucked.

The Manager took my order. Mgr told me that the a/c had been fixed in the restaurant. Mgr was happy about it. I had been in when the a/c didn't work and it was pretty toasty. I received my order. It had good presentation and a good portion of food. Put some original red and jalapenos on my beef nacho salad and it was TASTY! Was sorry to see the avocado salsa was not on the salsa bar anymore. I've been to that particular location plenty of times and it never disappoints. Keep up the good work Taco Bueno Sapulpa!!

I ordered the $1.69 tostada and burrito. The burrito had sour cream on it which I didn't order.The tostada was so soft I had to fold it to eat it. It was in a wrapper and the toppings were stuck to the wrapper.

My husband and I went to this location for the first time in months think we would try it out again. We had to repeat our order to the driver thru worker after getting to the window because he had already forgot what we ordered and evidently didn't put it in the computer when taking it. The steak tacos barely have any meat, most just lettuce. The beef nacho salad we order isn't edible. The chips are so stale I can't even chew them and there was no queso and barely any shredded cheese on top. We will drive to Glenpool and from now on like we have been if we want Taco Bueno.

Heat didn't work and food was slow. Person taking order seemed agitated and states they were understaffed.
I ordered a number 2 comes with 3 tacos and a drink. There wasn’t enough meat on tacos. All three tacos could have made one taco, very little meat or lettuce. Someone needs to teach every employee how to make tacos so Taco Bueno could be consistent with their food every time

Pulled up and could barely hear the person on the intercom. Repeated my order 2x. Get to the window and paid. Customer service was not a factor nor was my order read off. Get my order handed out only to get all the way home and the BFT I ordered was given as a burrito (which not exactly what I wanted but at least the ingredients are the same)… my beef muchaco was so stale I couldn’t even eat it due to the breading being too tough to even chew. My side of queso that I paid for was not included and to top it off the chicken potato burrito I ordered was both dry and the chicken was cold. Didn’t even trust eating the chicken burrito due to the chicken being cold and possibly under cooked according to health standards. All in all I paid $15 for not just one small thing being wrong with the order but in fact the whole order and missing items.
