Family came to sapulpa for Christmas parade. I'm not going into too much detail but I will say this is the worst place anyone can decide to eat. I promise you will hate your food and maybe even get sick. They serve days old chicken and the beef is not properly made as well. Don't even try to contact corporate office they just don't care at all. I promise that when it comes to taco Bueno these days taco bell is just much better and that sucks because taco Bueno used to be really great. I blame district managers for not properly training managers and the managers taking the position a d not knowing anything about taco Bueno standards.

Closing 15 min early isn't an excuse to leave people sitting in the drive thru nor not taking an order because you want to go home early. Not the way id do business nor have I ever seen it done like that before.

Got home with my order and discovered they put lettuce and tomatoes on my Taco after I asked for none. I decided to return to Bueno and have them correct my order and remake the quesadilla I had ordered. They refused. They did remake the Taco but would not remake the now cold quesadilla.... Everyone was nice and the remade taco was good but I threw the cold quesadilla away.... I don't know how much longer I can eat there.

Okay to grab a quick bite. Generally the manager is outside smoking. It wouldn't bother me so much but he walks back in and goes right behind the counter. I dont want his nasty hands unwashed anywhere around my food. Or the register that his employees touch.

Went through the drive thru and they messed up my order. I went back in and they were apologetic and quick to fix the issue. The young men working were very kind and food was delicious!

The food is good but the building is absolutely disgusting and falling apart. The menu is torn apart and side of the building and rusting, rotting and just over all gross.
My guess is that this location is a franchise because I don’t believe that a corporate owned business would allow their building to be falling apart. If this is what the outside looks like in afraid to know what the inside looks like.

From what they advertise and what you actually get is a huge difference. What a rip off. My expectations are low when coming to places like this however they never fail to drop below already low expectations. Prices are continually going up and service and quality continue to go down. Will never make the mistake of coming here again.
