I just came through the drive through and I was so disappointed that the guy was hateful and he messed up my order and when I asked him for his name or the manager name he said I don’t give out names and to figure it out I’ve been coming here for over a year how disrespectful and unprofessional and rude

This location has been horrendous since it was built. I've never not had to wait a long time. I pulled into the drive thru, no one was in line but me, and I still had to wait 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the speaker. I get to the window and the guy is acting like I'm putting him out by ordering food. All I got was 2 cheesecake chimichangas. There were people standing around and it made me wonder why I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to say "I'll be right with you."

A previous experience, we waited a really long time and then didn't get everything we ordered. The service is way too slow to go back.

Mr. Francisco (shift manager) opened the door for me and actually went out of his way to make sure I got my military discount (which is 20%). It wasn’t letting him apply is because of the 3 for $6 deal they had which is NOT as good as 20% off.
I appreciated the customer service, hospitality and expeditious delivery of my awesome burritos. This place is a big deal… I love Taco Bueno and Francisco made it an awesome experience
