I’m not sure why is but every whataburger is slow and the time to make the food is always so long.

Food wasn't as good as I remember. However, what really ruined the whole stop was the manager shouting and clearly trying to run 3 or 4 positions. The place was severely under staffed, loud, and the bathrooms were closed.

Oh man.. well, for starters, they should allow a review of morning and night crew, because the food and service is night and day! Ha.. pun absolutely intended.

Morning time is generally slow when I go, but almost always fresh and hot. On the occassion, I'll get warm hashbrown sticks or they taste like old grease.

Night crew is incredibly slow and almost always short staffed, just like when I just visited at 2 a.m. I was not greeted for 5 minutes then finally ordered our food and waited literally 30 minutes to get it. Get home only to discover a super runny taquito. Runny eggs are no bueno! Back up there, I go! The manager actually told me it's because they use liquid eggs. (Arent ALL eggs liquid?) No ma'am.. eggs should be fluffy and never watery. Yuck! Had another guy remake it and it was so much better. I also asked when they changed their grease last. She said last night. That grease was brown and I stood there watching it smoke. Brown grease doesn't make good anything, especially fries and hashbrowns, and it makes the chicken strips taste terrible. After this trip, I likely wont be returning. $40 for crap food and as I stood there waiting, I observed how filthy the place was. Just gross.

So I pulled up to the Whataburger at around 3:40 in the afternoon. Not one person in the Drive-Thru when I walked in there was not even one person inside which was great. I thought I was going to get my food hot and fast. There was about seven workers just walking around. I'm not sure what they were doing with the manager sitting in the office. I noticed that my burger was served to the person in the front and just sat there. So after 5 minutes I walked up and I said why is my burger sitting there they go I don't know. So it's finally brought to me after about maybe 16 minutes and it was cold. The fries were cold and nobody knew why. So I asked for a refund. Which took another 10 minutes. I'm not sure why. Whoever the manager here is needs to learn how to run the store. And on top of that, whoever the district manager is needs to know not to hire people that don't know what they're doing manager wise. I go to Whataburger all the time and I love the burgers and the fries but I will never visit this location again. I wish I could get my 26 minutes back.

They are having a bad bad day. I waited 17 minutes in the drive through, was told that they had no change so I overpaid. Then find out that they gave me the wrong order. Hopefully they can get it together.

JN 16 AM. WHATABURGER 557 Q26 DBT CRD 0817 06/15/25 78634735, $14.65 and there is NO biscuit for the saug gravy and NO syrup for the pankakes. I cald and akd for mgr., John said he is mgr, came to the phone and said to replace entire order. UPDATE: JL 11 AM mgr. Daryl refuses to honor it. I spent $14.65 at WAB.

We love coming to this Whataburger. We always look forward to seeing if Cindy is going to wait on us. Cindy is such a nice person and we love when she gets to wait on us

I went on my lunch break. After waiting and watching others get their food, I went to the counter. And waited. When I finally got the manager on duty, I politely asked for a refund. He wanted to give me the onion rings that had been sitting for almost 30 minutes. He called his manager, then told me he would give my food to go and then next time I came in, they would make my order for free. By this time, I was going to be late back to work. Darren couldn't understand that I couldn't eat cold onion rings while rushing across town. Very bad service. I won't ever step foot in there again.
