We love coming to this Whataburger. We always look forward to seeing if Cindy is going to wait on us. Cindy is such a nice person and we love when she gets to wait on us

I went on my lunch break. After waiting and watching others get their food, I went to the counter. And waited. When I finally got the manager on duty, I politely asked for a refund. He wanted to give me the onion rings that had been sitting for almost 30 minutes. He called his manager, then told me he would give my food to go and then next time I came in, they would make my order for free. By this time, I was going to be late back to work. Darren couldn't understand that I couldn't eat cold onion rings while rushing across town. Very bad service. I won't ever step foot in there again.

How this place has more than 2 stars is insane. Absolutely worst Whataburger in the area for service, have been here 3 times and it has gotten worse each time. The employees stand in the middle of the restaurant and dance like there's music going on inside, and locked the window each time they take an order..... Are they scared? Maybe if they knew what customer service was they wouldn't have to be scared. Is somebody going to actually do something to them because they suck so bad???? Learn what customer service is....27 min in the drive thru is insane

Pulled into the drive-thru just after 7:00 am. There was one car in the parking lot for a dine in customer and one car ahead of me in the drive-thru. Ordered two taquitos, waited for nearly 40 minutes, and never even had anyone come to the window for me to pay for my order. The slowest "fast food" restaurant in existence.

Service is good when we go but this isn’t about that. How can someone be fired after being told that you got the job but they was on a hiring freeze. Even done online training that was not paid for.. Why terminate someone if you was already told they was on a hiring freeze… After being told you got the job and done free training???

Curbside Pick up is not always a great option. I've been waiting over 30 minutes and haven't gotten any messages or seen anyone come out to deliver to another person who arrived at curbside before I did. I'm not dressed to go inside and can't just leave because I paid already. Annoying!!!

Order double meat burger with heavy mayonaise= no mustard with jalapenos, & cheese. Burger had 5 chips of jalapeno, 2 slices of cheese, and 1 side of burger had heavy mustard.
Other items were fine.

The main handicap parking was taken by a member of management wearing a white shirt with orange strips, driving a car with tag CUV-120. They were not handicap. The person left to get straws for the drink cups and came back and parked in the handicap parking again. It took over five minutes to be waited on. The food was bad, cold with no favor, the trash was full and running over, the man's restroom had no paper towels, and no toilet paper. The place has been going down hill for sometime after Amy left. The staff was unfriendly except for Allison.
