The server was very cold and unfriendly. They placed my order not in front of me but on the opposite side, and also forgot to bring some of the side dishes. This place was really disappointing, and I will not come back again. My dinner had a really unpleasant atmosphere

The T-bone that was just delivered to my table. Can anybody tell me the best part of a T-bone and what's missing here.. I sent him back to question the chef he sent the hostess back out with my plate, she tells me some come out like that I said okay, well don't worry about it( with contempt) she persists in trying to give me an explanation I said maan don't worry about it she say well I'm only trying to make you happy. I'm thinking how by telling me it is what it trying to gas light me into believing this was an acceptable cut of meat. Which is about to perpetuate a stereotype because I'm not tipping for this but that's what people expect us to di tip for service that ain't up to par with our counterparts.. I THINK NOT👎🏾 I also asked for medium well, it's pretty rare🤕.

Service is trash. My waitress took my drink order. Delivers my drink and comes back ten minutes later to take food order. I get my food in about 15 minutes and that's it. I had to get my own refill. The place is about half full. I never come to Dennys but I'm done for the day. Now I remember why I dont come to Dennys. My double Cheese burger and seasoned fries were pretty tasty.
This place needs help. I watched two couples leave because they never got their food after about 25 minutes.
I just spoke with the waitress and their cooks never showed up to work. So the manager and a waiter are in the back cooking.

After traveling 1000miles all night, we noti ed a sign saying Dennys. We stopped & let me tee you. The young man named Rico was awesome! He was so nice, punctual in serving our coffee as well as our food. He made our experience a great one. He was a gem, kudos to him For being young. If I passed through again, I would stop & definitely request Rico again. Thks Rico for making our visit a fantastic experience!

Cook was apparently late for his shift, and they decided to announce it to the restaurant, when he did arrive there was lots of yelling and horsing around. We waited at least 30 mins in an empty restaurant for our food.
Only half of the mediocre food even came out at first, my wife ordered a slam and they brought her eggs and pancakes, was told the meat would be out soon. 10 mins later Out came deep fried bacon that tasted like onion rings and freezer burnt sausage patties which were supposed to be links.
Hashbrowns were burnt on the outside but raw on the inside with no seasonings on anything.
The waiters were great, but biscuits and gravy were lukewarm and the floors were very sticky.

Why don’t they close this disgusting place down? Manager doesn’t even acknowledge people who are waiting one hour in an EMPTY restaurant! He finally showed us a nasty table and told us to wait so he can clean it! Our appetite vanished instantly. We walked out. Clearly, they don‘t want the business.

Was seated within a couple of minutes. Hostess seated us at a booth as requested and brought us water right away. The server came quickly, greeted us with a smile, and took our order. Our food was served in a timely manner and was hot. Coffee refills were offered throughout our meal. The food was very good and the price was very reasonable. We received a military discount as well. Outstanding experience!!! We will definitely stop here on future travels.
