Last went here 2 years ago when I worked at Gore Nitrogen and it was amazing. Went today and the food is just as good as I remember, compliments to the chefs; the chicken fried chicken was real tender and better than most I've had at a few roadhouse restaurants. Mashed potatoes were nice, soft, sweet. The service on the other hand needs improvement. The waitress talked in a condescending way to other customers, never smiled, never gave a refill or checked on me or even said a single word besides when it was to ask me about what kind of vehicle I drove.

Didn’t get greeted when we walked in, waitress come over gives us menus , doesn’t say anything.she stands there so I say I will take a water. She walks off . Comes back doesn’t say anything has order pad in hand ready to take our order ( still nothing comes out of her mouth). I finally tell her what I would like . She takes husband’s order and walks off . Never once ask us how we are doing , do we need refills , dessert, nothing. Food was alright. Won’t be back .

The cashier told me to get "my money up not my funny up", I left the establishment in shock because my husband has just died and I did not want to get my funny up.

On are way out west and was looking for something that was not fast food when we found this place. From what we could tell it was a family own business that served up home cook meals. The food was great and will stop by if we come this way again.

Waitress was overwhelmed! Didn't want to add drinks to order. So turned in food order. Waited on a table of two got there drinks then food order. Came back and took out drink order. We waited over 45 minutes for food!!! It was lunchtime however only at half capacity! Chicken fried steak no flavor mashed potatoes cold !

One of the worst dining experiences ever. How the hell can you tell someone you have a buffet till 2, then have the whole buffet line packed away and cleaned by 1:20?.... $14 per person, for what?... The real problem here is the waitress's inability to communicate, making it known to paying customers they shouldn't expect food from the buffet after 1 pm... Or at least making known to coworkers people are expecting to eat off the buffet they just paid for... Crystal, the waitress, has as much business waiting tables as an autistic kid in a helmet...
