Ordered 20 minutes down the road, finally got our food 15 minutes after pulling up. Looked in the sack and not a single 1 of the 4 burgers we ordered was in the bag. How do you even manage to screw up that bad.

Be prepared to wait an hour then have your order messed up. Has to be the worst Sonic on the planet. Avoid if you can.

Pulled into the drive-thru (only 2 cars ahead of us) and ordered a chicken wrap and a Sonic blast. We waited for over 20 minutes and still the line didn’t move. While we were sitting there a carhop brought an order out to a vehicle 2 cars behind us. We waited five more minutes (still no movement ahead of us) and finally asked the guy behind if he would back up so we could leave. As we were leaving one car behind us and the car in front of us also left. This is not acceptable…if the order sitting at the window was a big order the least that could have done is ask them to pull forward so that the orders behind them could be served and be on their way. This is not the first time this has happened to us at this Sonic. Also, just before we decided to leave, a bus full of girls pulled in. Makes me wonder if they will make it to their game in time. After reading the past reviews, something needs to be done. This is not acceptable service especially in Seiling, Oklahoma. I know these places get busy but come on it can’t be THAT bad.

Stopped in and got a chili cheese dog and chili cheese tater tots. I thought I did took the first bite out of the chili cheese dog and the hot dog was harder than a rock and there was no chili on my chili cheese tots. The only good thing I can say is I called up there talk to the manager. She said she would comp me a free meal Very nice very respectful. I might go back and try again.

Best sonic ever with a drive thru for semi’s.. every sonic needs one of these?
I pulled in the drive-thru lane in my semi, placed my order in the app, and then checked in. After check-in confirmation I pulled forward to the waiting line. 30 minutes later I walked up to the door and asked if my order was ready yet, was told they are working on it. 20 minutes after that I hollered across the lot to a carhop returning to the store and waved her over once I got her attention. I asked if there was a problem with my order and asked if she would check on it. A manager came out immediately and handed me the order and a drink. Told me not to yell at her carhop again, then told me next time I should check-in through the app like I'm supposed to, to which I opened the app again, and showed her 3 times that I did check in, and got told I didn't do it correctly? I then asked if I could have the rest of my order, and got told I have my order, showed the order on the app again, and she went in to get my oreo blast, when she returned, I said thank you, she replied with "goodbye". Completely uncalled for attitude on management part. I wasn't yelling at the carhop, although I did holler across the lot, I don't think that she would hear me from that distance, over a semi engine, without me hollering a little bit. I check in as the app directed me to, as I always do at any Sonic I visit, but I get an attitude, told I'm wrong, get served cold food and for what? Absolutely ridiculous. We all have bad days, don't take your frustration out on customers that make your pay available for you. Total wait time was 50 minutes before I got the first part of my order. If anyone should have been upset about this visit, it would be me. Yet I didn't get hateful or rude, don't want me to "yell" across the lot to get your attention, fine... if I ever happen to come through there again and need to get someone's attention, I'll just reach up and grab the air horn until someone comes out, would that be better for you?

We went here today for a quick lunch on our way to a soccer game. It took 45 minutes to get our food and that was after talking to multiple employees at the location to the point that we asked for a refund so that we could just go, and couldn’t even get service for a refund. Absolutely will not ever go back to this Sonic. It’s an amazing location that could service a lot of people coming and going in northwest Oklahoma, but waiting 45 minutes for fast food is ridiculous. Will be contacting corporate as well. But I do not recommend stopping here if there are any other options available.

Ordered on the app at 12:29 for pick up at 12:35. Waited until 1:00 to get an order update and were told “that it would be probably another 10 more minutes before our order was ready.” It was 2 drinks, some mozzarella sticks & cheese tator tots and while I understand there were a few others there that had ordered too (& a few drove off after waiting) unless you have a lot of time to wait for apparently anything, l’d think really hard about stopping. I had to call corporate to get a refund (we paid via a gift card and they said it would take 7-10 business days to get it credited to their own sonic gift card.)
I used to work for multiple sonic locations for about 5 years total. I even skated/rollerbladed as a carhop for 3 of those years. Each time I come to this location they absolutely suck. I've tried giving them multiple chances, thinking it's just a rough day/night. They've failed to bring out the red tray per normal policy, failed to bring receipts and to even read the order back, don't offer condiments or anything else, and every time something is messed up. They're rude on the headset the majority of the time and in person at my window. Don't waste your money or time at this location.
Rang the bell for service and waited. Rang again and waited. Rang bell several times and finally a gal came out from the back. She wasn't rude but definitely nor excited ro help me. I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito. Took this picture to show just what you get for your $5. Seems fast food is has become a great way to get rich. Prices continue to climb and portions continue to shrink. I can't wait to see how the owner justifies this review. After reading some of their replies to other reviews it is clear they don't use these to improve. ie. Trucker Casey's review reply that he didn't wait. His food was out in 5 mins. How do you know that. Casey didn't provide a receipt number or the date and time he ordered so you couldn't possibly go back and check.

Don't ask for any type of modification to your food order. Soggy onion rings really suck.
