I ordered cream and they didn’t put it in my drink. I ordered avocado toast and had already paid for it and they didn’t have avocados so they gave me hash browns. They didn’t have the best attitude. Food wasn’t good at all.

Dear Dunkin’ Donuts ’ Management,
I recently visited one of your locations to purchase coffee and a couple of donuts. Unfortunately, the employee on duty was highly unprofessional — he was constantly on his phone while serving customers. The coffee he initially gave me was old and not fresh. After I pointed this out, he remade it, but still in a careless and unprofessional manner. The quality of both the service and the products was extremely disappointing.
I believe DD should uphold higher standards for customer service and product quality. I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure your staff is properly trained and held accountable.

Flys in the doughnut display box, sweet pepper bacon egg and cheese is what I ordered. I received a toasted croissant with two pieces of bacon. No egg, no cheese. Coffee was good though I had to stir it up but that's normal.

Stopped to get coffee at 11:00 pm and they said that they don’t have coffee!!!! Why you open 24 hours??!!!
They didn’t have half the stuff there. Pretty much only one thing on the food menu. Got hash browns and they were stale and tasted 3 days old! Not fresh at all! Sandwich and donut was decent but I’m sure we were just there on a good day.

Bacon topped avocado toast I've had this item at at least 50 different dunkin' donuts across the United States and this is how you make it. one piece of toast with avocado spread on it, do not heat up the avocado spread. Cut up the bacon strips and put it on the avocado spread That's it Don't heat it up The avocado spread heated up is awful

not the greatest coffee, but the guy was nice. this is how i received it. i ordered a caramel macchiato, it’s super milky and not filled to the top.
