I went in for a 12 piece family meal and they charged me for extra gravy and 2 additional sauces. I also wanted double Mac and cheese. I never got my 2 sauces, my other Mac and cheese and they put coleslaw in my bag which I never ordered due to being allergic to ingredients. I’ve tried to call them over and over but the phone line was constantly busy. I paid 50$ for stuff I never even got and am disappointed with arrive so I will not return

I like KFC food but the service in seminole is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. If you try to get an order after around 7 they will tell you they are out of many items and refuse to make more . 0 of 10 better to goto KFC in shawnee

Would give less stars if i could the service was absolutely horrible and ridiculous always out of common items like fries or even more unbelievably chicken after 5pm and won't make more to fill orders simply unbelievable

Ordered online with a specific time and didn’t get my order until 50 minutes later. They first told me it would be 20 minutes and when I checked 30 minutes later they said it would be another 10 minutes
Just an average fast food chicken place. Clean place though. And food tasted fresh. Can't ask for much more from a fast food place

Kfc located on Milt Phillips in Seminole, OK has a few tasty items but just can’t seem to get orders accurate, even when placed online. Every order placed has been inaccurate from having no Nashville Hot sauce on Nashville Hot meals to giving the wrong items entirely. The advertisement on the large sign had a deal that when tried to order was no longer available for the price listed and was not honored. When ordering online and pre-paying; pick-up is a hassle and your order is withheld from you after giving the name on the order and the food items ordered. Afterwards, you are asked to provide the confirmation number so if you leave your phone at home and can’t give the confirmation number your purchase items are held. Kfc online states that items will be available for pickup by simple pickup but even when going inside the store my order was not accessible. It was on the cold counter in the back and not in the pickup hot case, instead there’s a few Valentines Day trinkets. After trying every item on the menu besides the cherry pie poppers, I’ve found that I mostly enjoy the tenders and sandwiches. I “liked” the sweet tea but can’t seem to get any when I order it.

Placed an order at drive thru. part of it was left out. I called then and the lady argued with me that she had read the order back to me. I agreed with her. Was willing to pay the difference. Just wanted my order corrected. She became more argumentative. I won't return there. Will drive an extra 30 miles to shawnee store.

I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean and well lit. The food was exactly what it should have been and even the lemonade was good. The Canadian wannabe playlist on the speakers, not so much. Go with someone who talks a lot.
Vegetarian options: You're going to Kentucky Fried CHICKEN in case you don't know what KFC stands for. No promises the sides will even be properly vegetarian.
