I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean and well lit. The food was exactly what it should have been and even the lemonade was good. The Canadian wannabe playlist on the speakers, not so much. Go with someone who talks a lot.

Their customer service is my number one issue when it comes to visiting the Seminole, OK store. If you work in food service you need to be able to speak to people without putting your problems onto customers.

We ordered 4 of those cherry pie poppers, and didn't think that we received them. So if course this wasn't discovered until we got home, so I called the Seminole, ok store and the woman I spoke with was very rude telling me "they're in there, I put them in there myself" I replied with I'm sorry we don't see them. She said "look in the box!" We didn't know that she had put them inside with one of the dinners. I apologized for the oversight and said ma'am I work in food service and there's no need to be so rude, mistakes happen. I said I wasn't rude at any time during this phone call. I'm sorry we just didn't see them.

We visited this KFC just before 7:30 on October 14. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes, making eye contact with numerous staff members and even saying good evening. For nearly 15 minutes, we were ignored entirely. There was already a couple eating in the restaurant when we arrived. The staff continued to take and prepare drive-through orders the entire time we stood at the counter waiting. When a staff member in the back commented that they couldn't wait for the lobby to be empty so it could be cleaned up, we finally left, never having been acknowledged or served. I was deeply disappointed with the way the staff behaved.

Food- chicken was a bit salty, and they were out of biscuits, very disappointed Service- they didn't want to compromise and give me an extra small piece of chicken in place of the biscuits, didn't ask if I wanted a drink or anything, let alone thank me for coming in, not a very friendly crew here. Atmosphere- the place was empty, it was clean, but they had that a/c that it made the dining area so cold

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is Good The Fries are Allways Good Especially If You Get the Brown Gravy to mix your fries with. The issue i have is i Nicely asked May i have a bowl so I can mix my fries and gravy together in since i ordered To go and the lady rudely told me no i can’t do that i thought that was odd i ended up thinking like okay I guess yall don’t care about customer service so i ended up putting the fries and gravy in my large cup i purchased and passed on getting my drink there and got my drink at McDonald’s down the street terrible customer service .

Whoever up the corporate chain that changed the "no substitutions" for family meal chicken, needs to be fired!!!! My family does not eat white meat, we only eat dark meat. For us to order individually, 8 thights, two family mashed potatoes and coleslaw was over $46. FOR A $20 MEAL, plus extra for the uncharged of the sides. They said it was because they're corporate owned and not franchised. Plus extra for dipping sauces!!!! And bot to mention, I am looking at a sign on their window that says 8pc drums and thighs $10 on Tuesdays!!!!! Seriously!!!!!
