I ordered a famous bowl without gravy combo, 3 pot pie combos and a large Mac and cheese to go. When I got home the famous bowl had gravy. I tried multiple times to call the location to report. The phone rings twice then dead line.

Great place to eat manager isn't very nice rest of the workers are great and very nice good chicken open till 9 at night they open at 10:30 not a bad place to eat

I would give zero stars if applicable. I vowed to never go here again 6 months ago, tried again and had yet another experience that led me to cancel my order and vow to never return. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The cashier was SO RUDE and the cook was just as rude after asking me if he could help me then gives crazy looks when I ask for a sauce. And a sauce is .29 each but apparently it depends if this particular lady is working as to whether you get kind service and a free sauce

Why can't Seminole ever get a decent KFC manager/staff? They wouldn't take my order over the phone, although I told them I would need to order in advance because it was a big order. I tried to order online, but it wouldn't go through. Showed up at the counter and read them the order from my phone. Got home: 6 of the 8 dinners were wrong. Called and told them but they said they would have to see the receipt. I live 10 miles away! Everybody just ate whatever they were given but I tried to call back to ask about the biscuits -- they said I didn't need to order a box because every piece of chicken came with a biscuit. Didn't seem right and sure enough, we got about 5 biscuits. Anyway, they wouldn't answer my calls after that. Really bad service!

I went in for a 12 piece family meal and they charged me for extra gravy and 2 additional sauces. I also wanted double Mac and cheese. I never got my 2 sauces, my other Mac and cheese and they put coleslaw in my bag which I never ordered due to being allergic to ingredients. I’ve tried to call them over and over but the phone line was constantly busy. I paid 50$ for stuff I never even got and am disappointed with arrive so I will not return

Refused to sell me an 8 piece with all dark meat on a coupon. I then asked to order it without the coupon and was told they can only sell all dark meat on Tuesdays!!
