The food was okay. The rolls and the red sauce were great. Alfredo sauce was bland. The lettuce tasted wilted.
The worst part of the experience was that our waiter kept touching my 9 month old daughter. He touched her behind the head and her hand unprompted by her. I could see it as a way to be more personable, but I don't think that it's acceptable behavior especially considering he was a complete stranger amd wasn't as friendly with us. He also was rushing us on ordering (asked us 3 times in less than 10 minutes if we were ready, once while I wasn't even at the table, and another time as soon as I saw down) and the restaurant was literally empty. He also didn't get my order right. I ordered the lunch special, and he asked if I wanted the large size. I said no, but he gave it to me anyways.
Overall a very strange experience and will not be returning.

I was at this establishment for a business lunch. It was not extremely busy for a Friday which made it a perfect location for my purpose. Staff was friendly but would not refill drinks timely. The food was good and came out hot. This location is part of a dead hotel so it seems a little rough but the decor was nice inside. The menu had a lot of options. I felt portions were decent for the price. I was able to take most of my main meal home. I could eat the rolls all day!
Parking: Lots of parking options if you use the hotel's parking lot.

Everything was super delicious except for the salad that was soaked in dressing and the tiramisu wasn’t worth it. But the lasagna and pastas were delicious and the meatball sandwich was good. The service was great the bathrooms not so much. Overall a good experience.

Love this place. Brinkley Special my favorite. My first Rib eye at Roma's. Never in my life had such a awesome steak. I just thought I had some of the best. You will not ever want to get one anywhere else.

This was maybe a step above Chef Boyardee. We had 3 different dishes, and all were bland. The bread they bring out with the meal was decent, but it was pizza dough with some parm cheese sprinkled on. Definitely not a $50+ meal. Our server didn't speak English very well. Usually it's not a big deal, but when she can't understand our order, then it's a problem. When she brought our check, it didn't have prices. We were paying cash, so we needed to know the total. She seemed troubled that she had to go add it up and bring an actual receipt.

This review is for the new Shawnee branch. I was so excited that roma came to Shawnee. I have never been so disappointed. The food was mediocre and way overpriced. Our server was inattentive. The best server is Lacee, ask for her. Or just go to Frateli's. It's better and cheaper.

The atmosphere was really nice and calm with dim lighting. I was greeted and helped right away. I didn't wait too long for my food. I ordered Togo for my lunch. I ordered the trio, and they have a similar dish at Olive Garden, so I ordered it bc it was familiar to me. The dish tasted better than olive garden, but the salad was super bland. The rolls were a nice addition to the meal.
