Sonic in seminole ok the cook is either incompetent or doesn't care. Ordered a supersonic bacon cheeseburger no mayo add mustard so what's he do!!..... no mustard, added mayo and added pickles. I can't stand pickles so threw the burger away because it was 20 minutes to drive back
Every single time I go I get chili cheese fries for my daughter, and every single time the fries are OLD

Take a lesson from the ElK City Sonic. They have customer service. I tried using my app and the app would not work, it kept saying error. So I told them on the other end. I understand you have nothing to do with the app, but in Elk City they realized it was not me and they still gave me 1/2 off. Not Seminole though, customer service is dead out here.
Everything was made right, the perfect amount of extra bacon like i ordered, and all my drinks are made right. I would definitely go to this sonic again
