I asked for a cheesy double beef burrito with no rice & strips & they gave me what I asked for inside a grilled cheese burrito. When I told them they gave me the wrong one they remade it and put rice and strips. Then I had told them they messed up again, it’s supposed to be a cheesy double beef burrito, with no rice and strips. They remade it, and it had no rice with strips. At this point I drove off & decided to make a review instead of being a Karen. When I pay for something to eat, I expect it to be right the first time. Mistakes happen, I get that, I am in the food industry. But for it to happen three times and still didn’t get it right, is horrible.
If I could give them a zero on service I would!! Been there 3x in last couple of weeks, later at night. The people working are awful, rude, and disrespectful kids. Had their friends in drive-thru window on foot. Giving them stuff out of the window.... made me pull around front to "wait bc their system was down. " people were outside smoking weed and laughing and cutting up. Then when they realized I was waiting came and told me that their sewer was backed up and they couldn't serve anyone!! Ridiculous!! I said why didn't they say that in drive-thru guy said cause they didn't know.... oh okkk!! Calling corporate!!

We ordered 2 luxe cravings boxes and one of the cheesy Gordita crunches didn’t have extra nacho cheese so we asked for an extra side and the manager said that he was sure that he put nacho cheese and then he came out to the table and put his hand into our taco to look for the nacho cheese and when we told him we needed it to be remade cause he put his hand in it and he said I have gloves on. Very very rude and unprofessional especially for a manager and very gross. We got a refund and left save you time.

Ordered 3 cinnamon twists and only received 1, unfortunately didnt get a reciept with my order so f me right? Another time a couple weeks ago, I asked for no creamy jalepeno sauce and they did not do it. Wanted to give them another chance but now even their drive thru workers and getting rude and hateful.
