I find it funny how I see so many negative reviews about this taco bell but they are ALWAYS busy! Ya sometimes my food is messed up but as soon as I bring it to their attention, they fix it right away. They are still people and we all make mistakes. Some days it's a bit of a wait but if you watch them while they are making orders, you can clearly see they are working hard to get them out.

Its hot or miss, sometimes they're all the way on point and other times it seems as though they just throw what ever laying around made already in a bag and hand it to you, even items you didn't order 😂

I asked for a cheesy double beef burrito with no rice & strips & they gave me what I asked for inside a grilled cheese burrito. When I told them they gave me the wrong one they remade it and put rice and strips. Then I had told them they messed up again, it’s supposed to be a cheesy double beef burrito, with no rice and strips. They remade it, and it had no rice with strips. At this point I drove off & decided to make a review instead of being a Karen. When I pay for something to eat, I expect it to be right the first time. Mistakes happen, I get that, I am in the food industry. But for it to happen three times and still didn’t get it right, is horrible.
