I find it funny how I see so many negative reviews about this taco bell but they are ALWAYS busy! Ya sometimes my food is messed up but as soon as I bring it to their attention, they fix it right away. They are still people and we all make mistakes.
Some days it's a bit of a wait but if you watch them while they are making orders, you can clearly see they are working hard to get them out.

Its hot or miss, sometimes they're all the way on point and other times it seems as though they just throw what ever laying around made already in a bag and hand it to you, even items you didn't order 😂

I'm sorry, from the deepest sincerity that I can possibly give, I am truly sorry. I understand that we got what we asked for, I apologize for the misunderstanding on my end. I had a bad attitude from the very beginning and their is absolutely no excuse for my behavior. I appreciate the workers assisting me to help better understand my receipt. Was it necessary for me to jump out the car and and get right into the drive-thru window, because I thought they overcharged? Absolutely...
