Incredibly slow service. Multiple people pulled from the drive through line due to sitting for 20 mins+. Only reason I stayed was cause I was absolutely craving a turkey sandwich.

Guy at window was curt and barely answered Questions. When ordering he kept saying what else over and over in a monotone. Also we ordered 2 Jamocha shakes. They didn't taste anything like jamocha. If I were to guess it was a very very weak chocolate shake. Every time I go to this particular Arby's on Kickapoo in Shawnee Oklahoma the shakes don't measure up.

I just sat at the drive thru for 10 miniutes, no sign at the door that said they were closed, but nobody was inside.

Does this ham look fresh and thinly sliced? No it’s thick and tough. My cat will be happy because that’s who is getting the rest of whatever this is. Do better Arby’s, because your prices are high enough to not be serving the paying public this crap.

I wasn’t aware that fast food had become so complicated that you can only Take, process and complete one order at a time before taking the next order… line all the way to the road from the drive through… and that not just during peak time that’s all day when you’re the 3rd car in line and takes 15-20 minutes before you even get to the speaker.
Went there to eat was told there was to many cars in line it was going to be about 15 to 20 min before they could take are order . This abrys has went down hill .

Stopped in 2/13/25 on my way through town. Food was hot and good. Service was nice just a bit slow. Bathroom was clean. Store was clean. Could've turned the heat on but other than that it was good stop compaired to other places.

i go through the drive thru and they are always nice. i've only had one issue or not checking my bag and items were forgotten but they fixed it right then and were fresh too i am very happy they are here for a quick and good meal option!
