If you can't staff this place properly, shut it down. There's another Arby's around the corner, focus on that one. It's the customers who are suffering, having to wait in the drive thru for 15 min and another 5 min when you get to the window.

Was told to pull up for the chicken I ordered. Get home 10 minutes later, no chicken in the bag. My husband had to drive all the way back to get it for my grand daughter. $40.00 later 😡

The food was good, but the service and dining area left a lot to be envied. I took my grandson there while my daughter was at the ER and we were the only customers yet we couldn't get anyone to take our order and again...we were the only customers in a dining room with no clean tables.
