This place used to be one of our favorites but lately they always get our order wrong. We went this time and had to repeat our order multiple times at the drive thru and then again and the window. The employee argued with us at the window about what we order, despite telling him that we would gladly pay any difference for the mix up. I don't normally leave reviews for fast food places, but this Arby's gets a special call out because of the service and quality. The lady taking our order,wish I saw her name, was just amazing. Probably the friendliest and most positive person I have come across in a long time. Not only was she great, but everything we ordered came out perfect.

Last night was not a good experience. Usually the service is way better, however I was left waiting about 8 minutes before I was able to order. I think one or two of the workers were new so I will give them a bit of time to adjust.

Parking: The parking lot is wrapped around the building and isn't huge but it is a small town and I've never seen it completely full.
