My order was wrong, the ribs are not very good, the brisket dry, and the hot link was good and the loaded baked potato was good would not recommend

I walked into order a salad and the manager was in the back making a salad and dipping his bare hands into everything and putting it on the salad. I proceeded to ask the woman at the register if they wear gloves she said she didn't know then the gentleman at the next register I asked him do y'all wear gloves he said I don't know I hardly go back there...so you hardly go back there but you work there and you don't know if you guys wear gloves or not?? This is a health code violation and the fact that the gentleman at the front could not give me a direct answer is scary. Not wearing gloves is a huge health risk. This place has gone downhill and I can see why.

Probably some of the worst bbq ive had in oklahoma. I got a 3 meat meal . Turkey,ribs, and sliced brisket. The turkey was a processed turkey breast sliced deli thin. Wierdly had blue ink spots on it. Little scared to eat that had some decent flavor on the part w no ink. The ribs were dry with little meat. The brisket was chewy like overcooked roast. Sauce was meh. Would not recommend.

Ordered the fried chicken salad via a delivery service and requested an additional side of ranch since the last time I ordered the salad the small cup of ranch that came with the salad wasn’t nearly enough. THEY CHARGED ME $5.50 for a small side of ranch dressing. So if you eat here, beware. They will rip you off the second they have an opportunity.

I know this might not seem right here, but might be helpful to most of us here, The emotional weight of dealing with cold sores made me feel isolated and hopeless. Every flare-up drained my spirit. We had the ribs and they were so dry you had to drown them in bbq sauce. The okra and pinto beans were ok as well as the baked potato. The ribs had hardly any smoke flavor and the brisket on the potato was sweet. No bar for onions or pickles??? Won’t be back unfortunately. Very disappointed but maybe they had an off day.

Went through the drive through, ordered 1 pound of pulled pork. It looked worse than sloppy joe mix, it was greasy and the coleslaw was not any better.

Had an order get messed up bad. Only half the food was given to me. I called and talked with the manager and the problem was addressed in minutes. Thank you for excellent food and service.

This will be our last time here. Used to enjoy it, but since the food quality has gone down, the portions have shrank, and prices a lot higher we will be spreading the word. A super sandwich is nothing more than a normal and sides are an additional 350. Either make your portions bigger, or prices lower. Cause at this rate you will not make it much longer. Rib crib smokes this place!

This used to be really good BBQ but in the past few years the quality has really gone down. Brisket is much tougher and considerably more fatty. Portion sizes have dropped drastically while prices have risen. Atmosphere is still good but it’s just not a good BBQ place like it once was.
