Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This has to be one of the nastiest restaurants I have ever been to. After ordering food and getting my drink cup, I went to get ice, and the whole condiment section was nasty; the ice machine was gross, with black stuff behind the dispenser. Also, the counter and other areas were not clean. I ended up trashing the food because I couldn't imagine what the kitchen area looked like if the front looked that nasty...

Went on a Saturday night. Tall, black hair girl cashier was rude. All of the tables were dirty. No ketchup in the dispensers. Hamburger was cold, fries were burnt. Used to be one of my favorite Braum's, but not worth going to anymore. The empolyees looked unhygienic. I hope the owners replace their hiring manager because this crew was horrible.

Staff can't figure out how burgers work. Last week asked to add mustard so they didn't put ketchup on, today asked for both so they put it on different sides of the meat... Which is burned into dry charred grossness yet somehow cold. Corporate PLEASE retrain or turnover this braums staff

I bought the banana split and told the lady that I wanted it like the one in the picture on the ad board. It was soooo good. It was so big and the toppings were running over. So much that I just couldn't finish it.

This is if memory served correct the store in oklahoma I have visited with the largest choice of fresh fruits and vegetables. With the most square feet of space for grocery type items. Growing up in oklahoma I love their stores. They have the best flavors of ice cream and sundays.

Parking: Typical of braums all sides with several entrances/exits. Not the easiest since they do share the south west entrance and it was a busy time of day.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love everything about it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Seems good.

No Braums in Colorado, so we waited patiently to have our traditional Braums in ShawneeYummy! Did the drivethrough.
The portions seemed smaller but the ice cream did not disappoint.
With all the changes in Shawnee, it was nice to see see one of the best things has stayed the same.

I went through the drive through and they didn’t give me the sauces I asked for. The food is OK, but the service needs to be better.

The burger was good, as usual. Unfortunately, I asked if they make ice cream sodas and was told yes, so that what I ordered. When served it was something all blended like a shake. When I told them that's not what I ordered, I was told that I had ordered a freeze. At no time did the word freeze come out of my mouth! On the good side, after explaining that I asked about the soda, was told yes, several times, I was finally offered a different drink/ice cream. I did not want anything else, and asked for a refund. There was a slight frown, but it was promptly taken care of.
