Absolutely the WORST Braum's I have ever been to. The service was the absolute worst and it took over 30 mins to get through the drive through and there were only 2 cars! Food was wrong when it came out and they had to "cook" another burger. It came out cold and definitely wasn't newly prepared. The ONLY decent thing we received in a $50 order was my wife's strawberry shake. Everything else about this visit was terrible.

They serve my favorite ice cream which is Chocolate Almond. My husband always drives out out of our way for this yummy ice cream.FYI: From an ice cream professional; When you serve an ice cream cone you must put a scoop inside the cone so the scoop of ice cream will stay in place when licked. If not your scoop will end up on the floor.

We were very impressed with the energy of the crew. The young man taking orders was friendly and skilled. Everyone was moving efficiently, our takeout was ready in less than 5 minutes.

WHAT HAPPENED TO BRAUM'S??Something has changed, and I suspect that it has to do with the profit margin...My mother just moved back to Shawnee, and she had always raved about the superior quality of the food at Braum's. I got us a "bag of burgers" and we were both sorely disappointed. The buns were tough, like they had been sitting on the counter for a while, and the meat patties were thin and lukewarm. I don't go to Braum's for cold, chewy sandwiches.I got chicken strips and fries today. The chicken strips are half the size they used to be, and the breading is different... It used to be flakey and crisp, but what I had today was rock hard.The fries were undercooked and limp! Braum's fries used to be bigger, they were always crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, but these were awful.I used to eat at Braum's all the time, but I guess that all good things come to an end.
