Buffalo Wild Wings

First time to buffalo wild wings and will be the last to dine in. Tried the kid's wings and they were good. Their wings were hot and fresh while the rest of us had room temp food. After waiting about an hour for food, I was hangry and just ate anyway.

The food took over 40 minutes to get to the table and it was cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. The fries were absolutely disgusting. I understand it's a sports bar, but does the noise have to be so loud that ear plugs don't do a thing?

super nice looking place. the employees seem to be all very nice and welcoming. but the food was just not that great for the price. $73.05 for two appetizers (cheese curds were GREAT. but the chip trio wasn’t the best) & two meals for adults is definitely over priced. will most likely not eat here again because of how expensive it was.

We’ve been to the new location twice. Got wings on both occasions and they were not good. Tiny wings are tough. Shouldn’t this be the best thing on your menu? “Buffalo Bad Wings” is a more suitable name. I tried the burger too and it was extremely greasy!!! So much so that I had to use napkins to blot the paper it was served on, then it soaked the napkins I was using to hold it. May go back for a drink but will not be back to eat. Such a disappointment!

Mary Jane was our waitress. She did not listen to the order. Instead of pulled chicken my wrap was chopped chicken. My friends wings were cold! She thought I asked for my appetizer as my side with my wrap and I specified that I wanted it as a appetizer. I had to ask 3 times for ranch when I ordered my food with ranch. She would not pay attention to us and my husband always has a empty beer for at least 10 minutes. Would not recommend!!!! And to add for a burger with tots a wrap with tiny potato wedges a drink and 3 beers it was $70!!! We miss the old bdubs!!!!! If I could give zero stars on service and atmosphere I would!!

Man what happened I love the new location very nice building but what happened to the service bring back the service from the old location and you get 5 stars from everyone get it together bww ( PS: stop skimping on the celery and carrots to man that's not cool)

I TOTALLY recommended the wings, they're SO good!! I ate all my food in one sitting, which is surprising because I usually have leftovers when I go out to eat.

Horrible service. Called in and they told us 20 min we usually give them about 10 minutes longer knowing they might be busy well when we went to get it they did even have us in the system then they told us to that we would have to wait an additional 25 min it’s. Very rude people. Then they called my wife when I walked out saying they got our order after they told us they didn’t have us in the system. My wife told them to shove it where the sun don’t shine.

Walked up to go in and about 12 employees
outside the front door passing around a blunt in their work shirts on company time. Went in and there were two girls running around trying to serve all the tables alone. We just got up and left. We also took a video that will be going to corporate.

Been there 3 times now and everything we encountered the same problem. NO SERVICE. We ended up leaving and going someplace else to eat. First time was a group of 8. We knew it would take a bit to get service but after an hour we left. Our order for food was never taken. Paid for our drinks and left. Second visit was a group of 4, we decided to sit in the bar area. We didn't even get acknowledged for drinks. Waited about 45 minutes and left. Third trip was just 2 of us, again we sat in the bar area. We were the only people there and nobody even looked at us. After about 30 minutes we left when 4 other patrons came in and were served. Bad experience for a B-Dubs. Won't be back for a 4th time. Good luck

WORST BURGER EVER !!! Cook needs to be fired. Bacon burger burned to a crisp Service was slow as hell. Will never return here. Chips and salsa came 2 minutes before food came out.

Took forever to get our food, then when we did receive our food my husband didn’t get his and we were all finished by the time he received his. Refills took forever, had to ask someone for silverware. No management came over to apologize or anything. Servers just standing around while others waited for drinks to be refilled, only one girl was literally running around. Horrible! It hasn’t went downhill!
