We have never got a to go order correct. Our order is simple double meat cheeseburger meat and cheese only. Saturday the burger came out with bacon on it. We told the waitress it was wrong and she said she would fix it. She brought it back just removed the bacon and it still had pieces of bacon on the beef. Love all the tvs but the food is horrible and we will not be returning.

PLEASE!!! Someone from corporate pay attentions to the negative reviews and send someone to take over this restaurant. It took over an hour and half to get food, and then they forgot half the order and the other half was not correct. Amazed service could be this bad.

Well… failed again. I stopped going to their other location years ago because the wings are horrible. Bone-in’s are dry and/or possibly cooked days ago, then re-heated. Tough and dry. Boneless has so much crust on them, it leaves me wondering where the chicken is that I paid for. Was hoping the new location had better cooks or cooking methods, but no such luck. They also didn’t have 2 different beers I ordered.

Walked in and there was no one to tells us if we seat ourselves or wait. But there were employees sitting at a table that just looked at us. The whole place was literally empty. We sat our family and my husband went and asked if that was okay. Then a waitress named Jen walked up and made it very clear she didnt want to be there. I asked if I could use any of the specials online and she said no we dont do that here. So we left. Ive never had a location not honor the online specials.

We have eaten here 2-3x since they opened and although they have improved service wise in the last year or so, it still isn’t “great.” This time we sat waiting for ordered drinks and to place our food order, in the bar area, for 20 minutes until the manager came by and asked if we’d been helped. She did immediately get us taken care of but not sure what happened to the server. He came out of the bathroom after that time waiting and took our order like he wasn’t missing for 20 minutes. He did great after that but I really feel like they need a tougher training class. The other times we’d been there it was sort of the same situation. However when I have given a less than one star in the past at least now I’ve changed to a 3, so there is still hope!

Everytime ive went whether its busy or not my food takes more than 40 minutes to come out and i order very simple. Do not recommend. In this photo it took me an hr to get my food and u can see its not busy at all, really really disappointed and servers were very rude

We came in as a wedding party, the service was terrible with our first server, second server to step in was amazing! Management was by far not a part of the picture, I think if there was any bit of management this would have went a lot smoother. We asked several different servers for help and wasn’t getting that. Overall a terrible experience. I go to bww atleast once a week and spend $100-$150 each time and so we decided to come here after our wedding to eat and it was the worse experience and I hate that for us. If corporate would reach out to me that would be great, as I feel our experience must be shared as the manager on duty was very unprofessional, and his team players has also said he wasn’t a good manager.
Me and my gf showed up to a new location y'all opened up and spent $65 on wings and fries. Waiter was not welcoming and didn't bother giving us napkins with our appetizers, and never asked about our food. When served with our wings they were over cooked like rocks, dry crunchy where you couldn't even bite. Fries were over cooked and overall was a disappointing experience. I wish I could say this was great and continue to come back but after this I don't think I ever want too.

The lady that was in there was very rude. Treated my family very poorly, Would not come back to the table to give us drinks. Took us 30 minutes to get our drinks Came out right before the food. And the young kids in their kept on just laughing and playing around acting like they were in high school and not a business.
