We have eaten here 2-3x since they opened and although they have improved service wise in the last year or so, it still isn’t “great.” This time we sat waiting for ordered drinks and to place our food order, in the bar area, for 20 minutes until the manager came by and asked if we’d been helped. She did immediately get us taken care of but not sure what happened to the server. He came out of the bathroom after that time waiting and took our order like he wasn’t missing...
i was running INCREDIBLY late to pick up my to go order, and it sat so long that they remade it for me, i told them they didn’t have to but insisted! the staff is so friendly and i thank them very much for what they do 😭🙏
Let me be honest, Im not a fan of sports bar/restaurants. Buffalo Wild Wings did a great job on my food, My food was fresh and seasoned right and tasted great. The waitress was slow, I can only assume she was new.
