Ordered just one sandwich today at lunchtime with one simple instruction. No mayo. This was ignored and the top of the top bun and wrapper was covered in mustard making it very messy. Complete disregard for the customer imo.

Went through drive through. The Guy on mic was very helpful and had a sense of humor. Noticed it said Assistant manager Chad on his name tag. Not surprised at the high position. I would promote this guy quick. Best service I’ve had in fast food. This guy did it effortlessly.
Got the mushroom and Swiss melt , beautiful picture on the menu board and I added jalapeños. My food comes and I get the equivalent of a McDonalds mcdouble with two jalapeños, $10 for a $2 burger ! Biting my tongue, it ain't the workers fault ! Upper management, make the food look like the picture or make the price look like the food !

CAUTION: There's mold growing on those fountain heà ds y'all. They're the kind that aren't translucent so you can't see inside. Just take a napkin and wipe using your fingernail to get into the grooves. I really hope they cleaned them but after reporting it to staff no one touched them while we were eating. Couldn't stand to drink the soda pop I had already paid for. 02-04-2025

This store is the worst, the employees who work here don't represent Burger King in any way. Today December 24th 2024 they were out of any meats to make burgers!!! What a joke. Everything I'm here they have to cook your order so it takes 15mn to get anything you order! This is not representing Burger King. Stop employing uneducated people !
