There was no line in the drive thru when every other spot on Kickapoo had long lines, and I seen why because by the time I paid my food was handed to me and hot and good

I really wish I could rate this Burger King higher - but I can’t. I really like the Whopper, and if it’s fresh I think it’s one of the best fast food burgers you can get. The problem is, especially with this restaurant, that this food is constantly prepared before time. Every time you come through the drive through, or I’m sure when you walk in and order, the food is ready and sitting for you. Nothing is super hot, and it’s not super fresh. Also, the sides are always over salted to the point that they’re almost past the point of wanting to consume them. The soda fountain needs changed or readjusted because it’s super watered down, and half the time the tea is the same way. I just want a freshly cooked meal, I’d gladly wait for it. It’s nice to roll in and roll out, but I’d rather have better food quality.

okay so y'all literally need to be ashamed of yourself there's literally three workers including a manager staring at the screen for at least 7 minutes waiting on two Whopper juniors if that's how Oklahoma does it I'm glad I'm from

The worse Burger King ever..Got a sausage biscuit and French toast sticks.. absolutely awful and inedible.. both appeared to have been soaked in oil. The biscuit was so over cooked it was almost black..a waste of my hard earned money.

Probably the worst Burger King in Oklahoma. Nobody at the speakers when I drive up. Guy mumbles something so I wait a while. Then someone pulls into the outside lane we sit there a little bit then they begin to take their order. There was 3 cars in front of us. Three people asked what I ordered, finally got my food after 40 minutes I will never go back and would recommend anyone to not go there unless you have an hour to kill sitting in line. Totally unacceptable

Well u closed down for how ever long it was. Should have just stayed closed. Food was awful and old. Buddy said the same thing. How can u be busy and serve cold hamburgers and old chicken. There is a reason why I haven't eaten there in 3 plus years. Today confirmed it.

I am rating very high because the people were nice and food was perfect!! I absolutely do not think this was done on purpose!! I took a friend to this shawnee location (my first time) and this dime was in her frozen coke! We were shocked! We had already made it back home and she wasn’t super upset, we just wanted y’all to be aware!! We will definitely be back!

Figured with it being re opened from the tornado it would have been a lot better, but the food still is not good, the milk shake was foamy, the cheese sticks and burgers were cold and the soda barely had any carbonation.
