We had a great visit. This place was Packed. Please note that all the parking located by the building is carry out wait spots. Just park out by the curb, so much easier! Bathroom was clean and smelled great!

This location in Shawnee Oklahoma has a great atmosphere and the employees are very attentive even when it's busy. The food is awesome just like every other location that I've personally been to across the United States. However, I use their app and have racked up quite a few points (IE: over 8,300+ every 3 to 4 months helping to purchase meals for our little league team) yet this location never sends offers to my app. Whereas in Colorado Springs I would regularly receive free offers in my app from two local store locations in Colorado Springs. Perhaps it's a regional thing? But it's nothing I would count against Chick-fil-A in a review, just an observation.

The people here are nice, but apparently the owners don’t care about military families or veterans so do not come to this location on any military holiday. They will not honor what Chick-fil-A advertises as Veterans Day and Memorial Day discounts.

We came through to get some food to go. It took 13 minutes to get our food, we had been parked and a girl came up to us with almost the exact same order (because she read it out to us) we had and asked if it was ours and it wasn't so she took it to another vehicle that parked after us and I wondered why is a vehicle after us with almost the same order getting it before us. We kept waiting and we finally got it. As the picture shows, this is what we waited for, cheese hanging out like a mess.
