I went there about 8:30 last night.. Ordered a 9-piece gizzard and a three-piece dark. They said I would have to wait 5 minutes for the gizzard which I was okay with. Hold up waiting for my food when I got my chicken it was old it was just two thighs and a dried-up rope. The gizzards was amazing, cooked very well and very juicy they was very good. However when the heavyset native lady brought my food out I asked her if I can have some honey and hot sauce. Or if it was in the bag, She stated in a very rude manner well did you ask for it. I then replied in a not so easy tone know but I'm asking for it now. She rolled her eyes said whatever and walked back into the store and never came back out I waited for about 15 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes for the initial 5 minutes that they said it would take.

Never has ever got our take out order correctly. This time they gave us no gravy in our family meal. Tried to call but has only a busy signal so you can't get any human on the phone. We live 30 min away. Horrible!

Horrible customer service. One employee was already helping a customer. Another one stood behind him, not doing anything but looking out into the restaurant. I made eye contact with him twice, and he ignored me both times. I had to wave my hand in front of his face just to get his attention. And he was still rude

This place is horrible and dirty. I was there and only one young girl was working. Other employees were on break eating. There were 4 other employees there and neither of them helped her. I ordered just beans and rice and it took 20mins to get. Close that place down!!!!

I used to live in this town a few years ago, this place was my favorite in town. Now, it’s gone down hill. “Nonchalant” dude working the window. No greeting, just “what you want.” No exchange during transaction, no words, just stares at you until you give him your card. Nothing more. Messed up my order last time, had to go back to get it remade. Same crew was working tonight. Threw away the entire meal because the tenders had no chicken in it, literally only breading. Each piece smaller than my finger. No silverware, no courtesy, no service. This place is horrible now.

Everyone be aware. Went to this store looking to grab some food. They were ending their shifts. Asked a simple question that no one in this store could answer. How long has the chicken been up there. Then I said I am serious what ur hold time on the chicken. The cashier acted like he wanted to get frog. In short I would second guess eating here. I will be reaching out to the health department on the major health violations of food safety. Plus the unprofessional work ethic of this crew. Was a 2 time a week customer

Stopped by around 8pm tonight and was met with the most rude person taking drive thru orders. Was told that a small family pack would take 15 minutes and then asked, in an aggressive tone, did we have any questions. We said no and went to another drive thru down the road. The food and service has been poor lately. Our family won’t be back!

Second time in a row getting shorted on chicken tenders. Both 7 piece tender meals. First time I got 4 tenders and this time is was only 5 tenders. I called them out on both visits...no trust left in the drive thru anymore. I do not leave until I check the box for accuracy. Good food, untrustworthy service in drive thru.

The food is a hit and a miss. If it is fresh which it is not all the time, it's great. I should have 30 minutes to closing time and they had to make fresh regular chicken, it was good. But everything else I had in the mail that I paid for was cold and I had to pick through the spicy chicken I might have eaten one good piece of it.
