My only complaint is everytime we have dine several tables are dirty. There seems to be plenty of staff members. 2 employees actually sat at a dirty table during their break. No attempt was made to clean the dining area before or after their break.

Pulled in the drive thru at 8 pm and ordered 2 family fried pickles and they said they were out of them for the night. Sounds like they just didn’t want to make them! Very disappointed!

After the 10th time, always, and I mean always out of chicken. Average wait time at the drive through is about 20 minutes. They will pack the wrong stuff hoping you won’t check. Feels like there is always drama in the back, which in turn translates to us having to wait longer and get our orders messed up. If food service is too hard for you, you could always go dig ditches..

This is the 4th time I have attempted to get CHICKEN from CHICKEN express. Only to be told we are OUT of Chicken. WTH its not like you sell burgers etcccc your a CHICKEN place. Then your cashiers are RUDW as hell. Needless to say I walked out again with NO food.

Went through the drive thru and had a very rude lady helping us. We called to the manager and she gave us issues saying that the lady never received a complaint well make this her first one. Very rude and unprofessional.

I went there about 8:30 last night..
Ordered a 9-piece gizzard and a three-piece dark. They said I would have to wait 5 minutes for the gizzard which I was okay with.
Hold up waiting for my food when I got my chicken it was old it was just two thighs and a dried-up rope.
The gizzards was amazing, cooked very well and very juicy they was very good.
However when the heavyset native lady brought my food out I asked her if I can have some honey and hot sauce.
Or if it was in the bag,
She stated in a very rude manner well did you ask for it.
I then replied in a not so easy tone know but I'm asking for it now. She rolled her eyes said whatever and walked back into the store and never came back out I waited for about 15 minutes.
After waiting 20 minutes for the initial 5 minutes that they said it would take.

Never has ever got our take out order correctly. This time they gave us no gravy in our family meal. Tried to call but has only a busy signal so you can't get any human on the phone. We live 30 min away. Horrible!
