Best Service Duo in Shawnee, Oklahoma
After almost a year of living in Shawnee, I’ve eaten at nearly every restaurant in town. When I go out to eat, I have high expectations—food taste, proper temperature, and most of all, service.
About a year ago, I sat down at the bar at Chili’s and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a handshake.
“Hello, my name is Brian, and I’m going to take good care of you tonight.”
Magical words for someone who eats out frequently and rarely experiences true customer service.
A couple of nights ago, I returned looking for my favorite bartender, Brian, but he wasn’t working the bar that evening. Instead, he professionally introduced me to what he jokingly called “Brian 2.0.” Turns out her name wasn’t Brian 2.0 at all—her name is Kaylee (shocker!).
And let me tell you—he did not steer me wrong.
My wife and I had an absolute blast. Great conversation, glasses always full, food served hot, and everything we needed to unwind after a long workday. It was one of those experiences that reminds you why you enjoy going out to eat.
There are plenty of great Chili’s locations across Oklahoma with solid staff—but do yourself a favor: Exit I-40 at mile marker 185 and stop at the Shawnee Chili’s.
Sit at the bar and look for Brian and/or Kaylee—this dynamic duo delivers top-notch service every time.
Tell them Bill sent you, and enjoy being treated like family.

I cant eat fried food so I decided to get a grilled chicken salad well I get to work and there's hardly any lettuce and the chicken was fried I call they say you can come back well I cant im at work. So 19 dollars and I don't get to eat tonight.

I had the ribeye it was very very good perfectly seasoned and cooked also big kinda pricey tho, the loaded mash potatoes were good and I also got the roasted asparagus and I would recommend it definitely, my brother got the mozzarella sticks as an app and though they were good half of them were cold in the middle, we got the ones thay were cood replaced and then one of them were cold in the middle but of you eat around it still very good, the burgers are huge and delicious, and my sister got the crispy chicken and it was good alot of breading, they also liked the fries alot, the waitress was very nice and also very much fast for service the minute the drinks were empty she was there if anyone needs a raise its her

I arrived 15 minutes after receiving the text stating my food was ready. I received that text at 7:14 PM, yet I did not receive my order until 7:40 PM.
This delay is unacceptable—especially after being notified that the food was ready. In addition to the excessive wait time, the service and attitude were extremely poor. I requested a refund, and I will be contacting corporate and leaving a detailed review to make others aware of this experience.
This was some of the worst service I have encountered at a Chili’s. The manager was Jessica and the store number was 0702 in Shawnee Oklahoma

From the moment we walked through the door, I would have to say that our experience at this Chili’s location was the most pleasant visit that my husband and I have *EVER* had in a restaurant. No lies, hands down. We were greeted with genuine professionalism and courtesy from every team member we encountered, start to finish. Our service professional was Davin, and he was sublime! He was professional, funny and patient, never “forgot” about us or was too busy for us - which I thought was pretty amazing, considering that every single table in the restaurant was occupied. We received our orders quickly and everything was so well cooked - my husband’s pasta was al dente and my steak and broccoli were perfection. It may seem odd to gush about a Chili’s, but friends, I could not be more sincere. When I looked around, I noticed that the staff were all smiling, moving with purpose, and seemed to be very happy to be a part of this team - communicating with each other on the floor and performing their duties with pride and a fluidity I haven’t seen before. This Shawnee location is special - a well oiled machine and a completely cohesive team! Chili’s is our favorite restaurant and we’ve been to many - but we have *never* had service OR food at the level that this store and staff provided for us.
Thanks to Kitty and her crew for being the best of the best!!!! It was an amazing experience!
Jalen is absolutely incredible. We came in spur of the moment and she took the best care of us and made sure to make my roommates birthday extra special. She was so kind, attentive, funny and sweet.
