The company ran a promotion and I purchased it. The promo required a day of pickup and what kind of drink. I messaged the company multiple times on messenger and called them over the course of 3 days and the company chose not to respond. I’m not sure what kind of business chooses to ignore their customers over 3 days. But I believe that would deserve a bad review. Don’t purchase anything online from them.

Coffee N’ Crafts is a gem in Shawnee. The staff were extremely friendly and although I didn’t participate, the painting section is a wonderful idea. Next time I’m in town, I will have to try it out.

Great potential but small disappointments. Hoping to see improvement. Been here 3x in last 2 weeks. Hair iron next to the machine is not a great look. Good drinks but depending on the barista, takes a long time to get drinks. Because of that, I've never ordered food. Kids seem to love it here and atmosphere is great. Especially for visits with friends or a fun place to be with you kids who love to get messy w paint. Will come back and hope for better.
A great chill spot for teens and young adults and the coffee is great too.

The coffee is terrible. Painting is fun but they don’t use acrylic paint so you have to wait forever to use a different color or it’s streaking. Also they were very limited in supplies. Definitely geared towards children.
