We ordered 2 pizzas. 1 came fine. 1 came burnt and dried out. My husband called the store and asked for a manager. The manager was extremely rude and said it would be an hour and a half to get our pizza remade. He then transferred my husband to someone else in the store and that person claimed it was a “call center” who was rude. The 2nd man got back on the phone and proceeded to hang up on my husband.

My feedback is it would be great if you could order a Alfredo pasta in a breadbowl with maybe some pasta included. I have no issues getting a decent amount of pasta when it's in a regular foil dish, but twice now I've ordered in the bread bowl and it was basically a giant hunk of bread with a spoonful of noodles on the top. Ordered dinner, daughter drives 15 minutes to get it, they quote our order to her she says yes that’s what we got, she gets home and none of it is our food. Simply slowing down and making sure you are handing the correct boxes over could save you from losing a customer.
