Placed my order at 5:39, and as im writing this i STILL HAVENT GOT MY ORDER. Last time im coming here for food, everytime i have came here recently they have been slow as all hell. Do not waste your money and time here like how i did today. Wish I got a refund.

I love Domino's they are the best in Shawnee and also my favorite pizza. I normally order a sausage and onion but today I decided to order the new spicy chicken bacon pizza. OMG let me tell you I'm normally not a big jalapeno person but this is so awesome it's so good I would definitely recommend this especially if you're a jalapeno loving person

I pull up and tell the guy my name and he's like, Do you have a last name? Yeah I have a last name. Dude grilled me like I was trying to get top secret information. The food did NOT fill me nor was it good. The wings were barely sauced and were very fatty!

2nd time in a row pizzas weren't ready or got messed up. I guess it was the manager on site that told me I would get my pizza for free.... how is that when I've already paid for it. This place is a joke. They were all standing around joking, not paying attention to orders when I walked in as well and tried handing me my order short a pizza. Wont b coming back here for a while.

Called ahead to verify if this location offered dine-in, they confirmed. Loaded up family, drove over, they had all the tables against a far wall, one stool at the counter, no napkins in the dispensers, no pepper or parm shakers, no plates, no silverware, no drink options besides 2 liters and bottled soda. Got a 2 liter, they don’t have cups. They had the pizza rack at the table(the stand that holds one pizza over another to save space) yet they just brought our pizzas out in boxes, and seemed/verbalized confusion at us eating inside the store. None of the staff seemed to know how to handle diners- we were mostly ignored(minus one attentive and very polite young man). Close the lobby and remove the option, or actually stock and prepare the space for people. Like, dude, even little Caesar’s has napkins at the ready, and they don’t do dine in, nor do they cost as much. 27 bucks for two pizzas and a coke, and I had to go to the nearby dollar tree to get plates, napkins, and cups for my family. I literally, and I do mean literally, could have gotten much better deals and service one block away at little ceasars- and next time I probably will. My 6 year old daughter won a card and was so excited to take our family “out for dinner”, and I was disturbed by how hollow this location felt. Her excitement was the only reason we came, and I’m disappointed. More than a little angry. And just so sad. Do better.
