The point of order ahead- accurately ordering ahead arriving by your pickup time or after and it still hasn’t even been touched. If mobile ordering can’t be a priority it needs to be turned off. I use mobile ahead so u don’t have to wait in line for 20 minutes when my home is 12 minutes away.
Coffee is usually good but service needs work. Maybe send some employees to locations in the city to see the flow- Midwest city is a great location.

Listen, I am a dutch LOVER. I have all the magnets, stickers, ornaments, cups etc. I spend a lot of money here. BUT the issue with speed of service is ridiculous. I can order coffee from my house in bethel at 6:21 am to be picked up by 6:45 am and they still won't have it done until 7am. I cannot fathom going to Starbucks, but I am having to consider it. It is consistent. I'm currently waiting in the drive through right now and have been in the drive through line for 13 minutes. I wonder if mh coffee will be ready when I get to the window bc it was supposed to be ready by 911am. Again, the workers are so friendly and I love them, but they need to work on this issue, ESPECIALLY with order ahead. We dont use walk up anymore because we wait 20+ minutes past our time for our ordered ahead orders at the walk up window.

Probably the slowest coffee drive thru in the state. I would avoid the drive thru here. At least they didn't ask for a tip when paying on top of the slow service. Came on Dec. 6th.

If you’re going to offer the app to avoid the wait how about serving those customers prior to the whole drive thru line. Or give a more accurate time for pick up. Waiting outside I. The freezing cold for an extra 20 min is a waste of my time.

Been coming up here a lot more often most times around 5am other times randomly throughout the days. Every time I've been up here the staff have always been giving vibes and providing a good atmosphere. -Extremely friendly -Huge variety of drinks ranging from coffee, tea, etc. -For Non-Dairy products I believe they have almond, oat, and not 100% on this last one but I think coconut as non-dairy options
Kelbi is the best! Thank you for your amazing customer service tonight through the drive-thru . Dutch bros hot coco is the best!

Love going to this place. Everyone is so very nice and happy to help. And they are poppin because of it. But still fairly quick even though they get busy. This is my #1 favorite Dutch Bros I've ever been to. And happens to be the closest one to me. They just got awesome Vibes going on. Thats all I can say. They need to be recognized. 👊🧋☕️
