We love elevated grounds! They always make our coffee and tea well and have convenient hours!
Just stopped in. Only customers in the coffee shop. Stood there over 5 minutes, saw an employee come out who did not acknowledge our existence. She went back to the back. Waited another 2-3 minutes and the drive thru bell went off. Another employee came out and IMMEDIATELY helped them. Guess I should have been in the drive thru to have coffee. We left. So damn rude. Their coffee is good when you can get it but the service is terrible. Pillows on the couch are gross and the cover on the chair is gross too. Time to revamp this place from the furnishings to the employees.
