This was supposed to be a big deal. We dressed up for this. After making reservations we couldn’t wait. This was the 80th birthday party for my father in law. There were nine of us, including grandkids and daughters and in-laws. Two people came from out of state for this.

Things started out good. We saw many meats within the first 20 minutes or so. Then 15 or so mins go by and we received some requested well-done meat for one of our out-of-town guests. 20 mins later they ask how we are. We said we’d like some meat. They brought back some prime rib and flank steak. That’s it. Nearly 40 minutes went by with empty plates. We sat around thinking we’d get a second chance to eat the sausage or various chickens or that bacon-wrapped thing. Finally everyone said they were leaving. I waited with the cash. Not just to pay but out of curiosity to see how long it would take for anyone to even notice. Ten or so minutes later the waiter comes in asking where everyone went. He said they were going to provide cake. It was $450 dollars so I gave him $600. It wasn’t until then we flipped the coin to red side up. Should’ve stuffed him but he seemed like a good kid. There’s no excuse for this kind of mismanagement. I told everyone how Brazilian steakhouses work and how you will get so full and try so many things that you’ll put the red flag up or flip the red side of the coin up. It was just a disaster. At least three of us had dinner somewhere else later that evening. Every other Brazilian steakhouse has left me full through the next day. It was supposed to be a big deal.

They don’t have enough servers . Our ship was on Green for 20 minutes before we ever even seen one piece of meat. They did not want to cut more than one little piece of meat at a time when they did come by. The waitress was chewing bubblegum the entire time she was taking her order. As far as I’m concerned, it was not worth what I paid. I’ve had better steak cuts from Dennies.

Got a reservation for 9:15PM, got seated, and by 9:40PM they were telling us the meats were being put away and it was last call for any of the proteins. We were sat in the back of the restaurant and pretty much forgotten about. My cocktail was great but the service and food were poor. Will not be back.

Great as usual. You can't go wrong eating here. This is my go to when I am craving a Brazilian steak house. I've tried others and none compare.

We consider ourselves reasonable people and enjoy good food and service. Our visit a few months ago was disappointing but we decided to give it one last try. We were sat in corner of a row of 4 empty tables. We both visited the salad bar and within 10 min my husband flipped his coin over for meat service. We watched multiple meats being walked around but never to our row or table. After we watched this happen with 6 different meats, I flagged one of the servers down as he was preceding to walk past our row. He asked for our patience as they were busy. We asked the waitress for Picanha which did show up but nothing after that (it’s like she assumed that is all my husband wanted). Finally one more choice of meat and pineapple. 40 min into our dinner (husband was pretty much just watching me eat from salad bar) the manager stopped at our table. We explained how our row continued to be passed by and we had watched multiple servers deliver meat to tables behind and around us. She asked for us to be patient. To be patient when we see EVERYONE around us being served? After her visit my husband miraculously received the service he deserved. As we were finishing up another couple was seated at the other end of row. Within minutes of them flipping their coin the servers were in line at their table waiting to give them their choice of meat. To ask for patience is understandable if we were being unreasonable. Watching servers walk to every table but ours is not acceptable. To use the ‘busy’ excuse when we watched them go to every table multiple times around us is not acceptable. It’s obvious they have a specific route for the meat service and failed to notice that we were sitting in the otherwise empty row. Instead of taking accountability, the manager, along with the servers, insinuated we were just impatient.

Overpriced for the service and food quality. Food has gone downhill no oysters anymore and the sushi is worse than gas station sushi. It’s hard to get any service once you sit down.

We frequent the Flame a lot and have always been satisfied with the service and the quality of the food. We are big meat eaters so we feel we always get our moneys worth. The staff is efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is very calming and pleasant. Honestly our favorite place to dine in our area.

The service was great from greeter to server and the meat crew. Great selection on the salad bar, sauteed mushrooms were excellent. The main course of meat was top notch. We tried everything but the lamb. The pineapple was incredible. Covered in brown sugar then cooked on skewer a carved at the table. And don't skip dessert. The Key Lime pie was fantastic. Perfect end to the meal. Highly recommend if you are looking for the Brazilian Steakhouse experience and a great meal.

We enjoyed the food and the non-hectic atmosphere. The restaurant was laid-back with plenty of good, fresh food! The steaks were cooked to perfection as well as the rest of the meats offered. I believe we had 4 different kinds of chicken, lamb chops, pork ribs, filet mignon plain and bacon wrapped, 4 different kinds of sirloin steak and much more. Way more food than any of us could eat! Quality was delicious and all 4 of us left quite content!

Food was extremely salty and then they still put more salt on the steak that was already salted. Was pretty upset about it. The dessert was great and service was great. But probably won't return. Overly overly salty meats!

My family historically loves this place. This trip was different. The restaurant was not busy, yet we were seated in a far back corner against a wall.
The salad bar is great, and the options are too.

The food was just okay, any meat with garlic was almost to much to eat, even the lamb chops which are my favorite. The bacon wrapped meats had bacon that was way overcooked. We even had filet that had no seasoning.
To end the evening a 13 dollar desert of cheesecake had a slice that was so small, this was not normal for the Flame.

The food and service were fantastic. The ambiance for the price is underwhelming but it's overall a good experience that I will likely repeat in the future.

Took my husband to Flame for his birthday. We love going there for a delicious feast of premium meat and the most amazing salad bar selection. Service is always impeccable along with the food. We were so excited they have the pineapple back!

The cost is the same, but the choices were cheapened by a lot. No more oysters. No more salmon steak. The tuna is no where near what it was. Neither are the veggies. Used to be our favorite joint. Never, ever again. So called executive chef Austin needs to be canned.
