Flame Brazilian Steakhouse

Our server was awesome. She was very attentive. And all of the meat was cooked perfectly and the salad bar was amazing as well. 5/5 stars. Will definitely be back again

The food is always top-notch. They have added new items to the salad bar, and the meat was prompt and cooked to perfection.

So, I checked in early on a Friday night. About thirty or so minutes before our reservation. My partner and I sat at the bar drinking before we were able to be sat at our table. Scotty was our bartender. He was one of the best bartenders I had ever seen. I watched him run around constantly giving guests the best experience possible. I asked him if it mattered to him if I added the drinks onto the check of the table or settled up with him. He said it was whatever I was comfortable with. I knew before asking that if I put the drinks on the ticket with the table that he would lose money and not get a tip. Him allowing me to do what was best for me sealed the deal. Scotty was the man after that. I settled my tab with him. The next time my partner and I came back. He remembered us but forgot the drinks. We reminded him and he served us as he as working the bar on a Saturday night. It was a lot more busy than the night before. I tipped him over twenty bucks and he asked if it was right. What a stand up guy. I told him it was right and he earned it. Later a poker player was giving him crap for a slight delay in service because he was the only one working the bar. Poker players are always a piece of work. Scotty took it on the chin like a man and still provided the guest with the best experience possible. Go to the restaurant but chill at the bar for about thirty or so minutes and ask for Scotty.

Staff made it awkward from the very beginning. It took almost 20 minutes before they brought us the first round of meat. I've never seen a Brazilian steakhouse that did not have filet mignon. We were only offered two types of steak: flank and top sirloin. They brought us the check after one hour, while our coin was still green. We had even made comments about how good the dessert looked, but we weren't offered any. The vibe was off and the staff obviously did not want us there. I will not be back.

My husband and I always get the salad bar that comes with not only salad but the wonderful seafood and soups and sushi. It is always fresh and we enjoy eating here. We celebrated my sister-in-law‘s birthday and she really enjoyed it. She even received a complimentary dessert for her birthday. I give it five stars.

We love going to the Flame and ask for Trilbiya as your server. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is the drinks from the bar were not very good. Need a new bar tender.

Food was still excellent. Downside is no longer have oysters on the half shell. Was really looking forward to having some. I drive 4 hours and by pass many casinos just to go the the Grand Casino and that is due to the Flame steakhouse. If not for the Flame I would not go there.

There were some changes to the salad bar options—very good! I usually do not eat the meats and prefer the salads and sides. This time, the salad and sides were excellent and I couldn't have been happier!

We were really excited to try the steakhouse, so made reservations the day before and drove 40 minutes back. Our server appeared 3 times including the check in over an hour. They weren't busy. Our drinks from the bar were never delivered, we were told the bartender was busy the two times the server came. I decided to walk over to the bar and it was empty, the bartender was just talking to an employee. This tells me the order never made it in. I told her to just skip the drinks then. The meat servers were skipping our table till we spoke to a manager that had to find them and make a point to get them to come by. The food was okay but not up to par for the price. Now I don't mind paying that amount for good food and service, I love high end restaurants. But the one thing I even bragged to my other half about, who doesn't get the chance to eat at nice steakhouses as much as I do, is that the service at these places is usually amazing. Flame let me down in a huge way. We weren't off in the corner we were in the middle of the restaurant. Save your money and just go to the food court downstairs. Only high point was the desert was good. Really skip this and go to OKC if you want a Brazilian steakhouse. You'll just leave angry.

The food, service, and atmosphere was really good. Our weightier was outstanding!!! However the bar tenders were terrible. We ordered a mojito and a martini and they were both so bad my husband and I didn't drink them. One was made by each of the bar tenders. That's pretty bad when you spend 18.00 on two drinks and you can't drink either one of them. We both tried to power through, but neither one of us could. I suggest drinking water, tea, or pop.

This is the that my wife and I choose every time and we've been here close to eight or nine different occasions. Whether bringing out family or just dining alone, the Flame is the only place I can say that we have never been disappointed. We had the same server now for the third or fourth time. (I am sorry I forget her name). I cannot think of anything to say that is less than supper wonderful about the whole experience of eating there.

Food was good. Service Was better, Noel is great, He goes above and beyond. Getting the skewers over as quick as possible. Great verity of choices, don’t get hung up at the salad bar, the meat was to die for. Ask the animals that did!

This is one of those places that should be on your list of must go places! They have the best salad bar in the area, and when it comes to the meats... OMG! What a great place! Come try them soon, you will not be disappointed!
