I went through the drive thru and the guy gave me my water and disappeared. A couple of minutes later I see a guy put a bag with my food. Other guy never showed back up, almost 10 minutes later someone gave me my food. Which ended up being wrong. I usually like Freddy’s but this was awful

It was obvious they had just had a rush but the tables were dirty, the napkins were empty, the trash was overflowing, and the restrooms were dirty.
Went in today for lunch and was very impressed with the cashier. She knew exactly what came on the sandwiches and was very knowledgeable of the menu. I wish would have asked her name so I could give her the props she deserves. But whoever was working the counter today around 2:30 thank you!!!!!!!

Pumpkin pie custard is fantastic. A whole piece of pumpkin pie stirred into vanilla... You even get some crust in there.

Took a DoorDash order to someone they didn’t get their root beer float that was on their order, the employee tried to claim that he did not order that and got a root beer when he got a sweet tea when we had proof on the receipt. Quite an odd situation and some staff members seem to be lacking in accountability. Will try to avoid dashing at Freddie’s from now on.
