Waitress was very nice and attentive. However, the Men's restroom was extremely dirty and had urine all over the floor. This was my Husband's experience.

short-haired loudmouth had two tables acted like she was busy busy. had to go see the customers, complained, was eavesdropping, I think it's the law, i'm not sure? Do received my two pancakes,on s plated they where as big as, with no room at all for syrup.(mess), and then came over and said something about the plate was too small, putting a larger plate down, for my friends, that she needed a bigger plate? wondering why I didn't get a baby play for my pancakes.

Was to cold. There was a line of people waiting to be seated. Took several minutes before our turn. I had all ready went to the car and got a sweatshirt, but was still so 🥶 cold it was extremely uncomfortable. We did not stay and instead took our business elsewhere. Love me some IHOP but dont care to eat in a freezer. Others where complaing of the cold also.

Food was just okay. Prices are ridiculously high, and the service was mediocre at best. As an average person I can't justify the prices they charge anymore. 4 people was $70 for an average breakfast.

Well to begin with waitress stuck 4 adults and a one year old in a booth then my son inlaw showed up and we couldn't pull one of the two people tables over so he was just sitting at the table by his self. The food was cold when they brought it out to us had to ask for hot fries and the waitress copped an attitude so it wasn't a great experience I wasn't happy especially since we drove 45 minutes to eat therr
