Bobbie made my veggie wrap and it was so good. The cashier (who was a guy) was really friendly and efficient. There were a few young people hanging out kind of in the way talking to someone in the back

First time in this particular store. My wife got me hooked on this place, and now it's at the very top of my favorite sandwich places. IMHO, you just CAN'T beat their Big Italian, Mike's way, with extra onions, extra pickles, and mayo.

These workers were amazing. Zach, John, and Bobby were the sweetest most inviting people. We are just college students and they treated us with the upmost respect and kindness and made us die laughing. We talked about the amazing service all the way home. Not to mention the food was AMAZING! Thank you to all of yall! We would give them a 10/5 stars if we could!

The staff was nice. That's the only good thing I can say. The bread was tough. The roast beef was very bland. Really limited on vegetable choices. The restaurant was so loud that I had to yell my order and the staff were having to yell at customers just to be heard. I ended up eating in my car, even though almost every table was empty, simply because it was so loud in the store.

We made a door dash order at 11:33 am thinking that would be plenty of time for it to be made and delivered before our scheduled lunch. The door dash driver arrived at the restaurant and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to even receive our food making it where it was not delivered until almost 12:15. They give an estimated time and could not even meet that. Imagine if it were someone actually in the store for their break, their entire lunch would have been gone just waiting for their order. We ordered ahead of time anticipating a bit of a delay, but the time to make the subpar sandwiches was almost 40 minutes which is just ridiculous. We both ended up not even finishing our sandwiches because they simply didn't taste good. We won't be ordering again, especially when we can order from City Bites and get good food ordered and delivered without having to even order ahead of time.
For the record, this was the restaurant, not the driver. The driver was waiting inside the restaurant.

I wanted to give a shout out to Jersey Mike's and the crew. I went in on Saturday and had done an online order that was supposed to be ready a few minutes after I got there. I ordered Gluten Free bread and it wasn't ready. I wanted to see the OU kickoff of the game but I was ok with it. The girl behind the counter was very apologetic and offered a drink. The manager came out as well. The grill was down too and you could tell they were having a rough time. The manager felt really bad and apologized. A lady came in that was clearly upset as well as a customer. I got my sandwich and to my surprise, I just found out yesterday i had a credit to my card. I love that you hung in there and thank you for the bonus.
