Not only does this place have great food, but they also have great employees and Service. They are absolutely wonderful to their Uber drivers, which is usually why I’m in there. They always offer me something to drink and try to take care of me as if I am one of their own. I highly recommend this place.

Got the tuna Mike's way with some extras. It's a good sandwich for sure, but get the mini if you're doing tuna. Holy crap do they put waaaay to much tuna on the sandwich. The root beer and cream sodas are both great, italian is a great sandwich, and those spicy dill ms vickies are bomb. No issues with service, hiring practice seems to be good and plenty staffed as well. No more subway for shawnee. Now it's time for a firehouse! Sorry jerseys..

I just had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered a Giant #17 on a rosemary bun and there was only one person ahead of me in line. After placing my order and paying first, four other customers came in after me. To my frustration, all four of them received their food before I did, even though I had already paid and was clearly waiting.

This was not only unfair but also extremely upsetting. When you pay for your food and order first, you expect your meal to come out in order. The lack of organization and customer care ruined the experience.

Highly disappointed. Horrible service.

Took twice the amount of time to make our food that their app said they would. No one ever spoke to me when I walked in to get my order. Just had to stand around with everyone else waiting on orders until it was ready and then i had awkwardly look through all of the bags that were sitting there to find my name. They made all of my food wrong. Didn't put my chips or anything else we ordered that weren't sandwiches in the bag. Horrible experience and even worse staff. I won't be back.

The service was friendly and quick, but the sandwich was disappointing. The sandwich was 90% bread. Im not sure if they accidentally gave me a 1/2 portion of ingredients, but it was like eating a loaf of bread with some toppings.

Everything from start to finish has been great each time we have come in. The two things that I would suggest would be for them to have couple more lower tables for families with small children and a changing table in both the men's and women's restroom. Other than that, there are no complaints.
