Worst experience ever..42 minutes in the drive thru. Cold chicken cold famous bowl. Chicken on my spicy chicken sandwich so hard and dry it cut my gums. Can't even call this store no one will answer

Went through the drive through and was told 3 mins for fries and 10 minutes later got our order and fries were not fresh out. Then only one wing and 2 legs which was a 12 piece and should have been 3 of each that were replaced with thighs without notice. The chicken was like a mix between original and crispy. Cheated out of the true kfc experience

We ordered a number 3 and a spicy chicken meal with a side of fries. The fries had so much salt it was falling off into the box and the chicken was not done.

I didnt leave any Stars cause half my 12 piece bucket of chicken was old you could smell the grease the chicken was hard. I called the store and talked to misty the manager and all she said was ok that was it wow I spent 28 dollars but I guess it doesn't matter SMH. I will be going to the KFC On shawnee mall road from now on

We ordered 3 chicken pot pies today. All three had the bottom of the metal pan dented in quite a bit, so that there was very little filling in the metal pan under the crust.
I got one a bit ago from the one by Walmart, and my crust was sunk way down into the filling, and barely any filling. I definitely do not trust getting food from KFC

I have ALWAYS received great service every time I visit this restaurant. Everyone is friendly. If I order to take home, my order is completed in less than 5 minutes! AMAZING! PS. The raspberry tea is the BEST ??

KFC is delicious as always and has been around since I was a kid! LOL I really like the 8 piece, it's more than enough for me & my husband! Plus I like the coleslaw very well and the mac and cheese!!
Parking: Plenty of Parking for all!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly,my grandkids like it!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking for Handicapped is right out front, which makes this easier for individuals with Wheelchairs & people who don't breathe well. I must say that this makes it much easier.

WOW! Ist time in bout 15 yrs. Very unimpressed! Chicken was dark ( Old Grease), taste totally different, Original Recipe. Biscuits were dry as dust.

Most times get great service the online ordering was easy and food was ready when I got there. This visit was not typical, as I usually go through the line to pick up but it was busy so I decided to go in. Was asked for my phone to prove I didn't just happen to walk off the street to tell them I had a pick up order for Christopher. So had to go back outside and get my phone to prove who I was. I mean come on you trying to tell me just on a guess someone is going to walk in and say they ordered online for Chris? I'm all for making sure someone doesn't take a order they didn't pay for but what are the odds some random said " Chris probably ordered online do I'm gonna walk in and get his food. Common sense approach here, and to get an attitude with me cause I asked the question of what are the odds. Then didn't even have my drinks ready and really take your time getting said drinks. Like I said this wasn't the average visit but the one on the other side of town equally as far from me has never.
