I paid 27.69 for two 3pc tender combos and a 2 pc combo it was only 11:25am and I got burnt chicken that was hard as a rock called and couldn’t get any one to pick up the phone

One of the worst experiences ever, I placed an online order at around 11:50 am On Friday 11/28/2025, Then drove to the store on N Harrison 8n Shawnee, went through drive thru. No one would answer the speaker box, so I drove through to the window, no one would come to the windows, so I called, mind you my order had been paid for , and it had beena approx 15 minutes, finally a man answered the phone and I explained to him that I had placed an on line order, he then tells me that wasn't his problem, because they do not open until 12 pm, he said it's posted on all doors and windows, which it wasn't, all signs said they open at 10:30 am, he was very hateful and told me he suggested i get a refund, because they were not open, at this point it was 12:05 pm, I asked him his name 3 times, after the 3rd time he just hung up on me, but I could see who answered the phone, so I pulled around to call corporate, there is no corporate, so another person waiting gave me the refund phone number, also there was a door washer that was there as well waiting to pick up their order for a customer, I finally reached the refund department, just to be told ,I wouldn't get my refund until they did some further investigations, they also told the other person waiting the same thing. This is not acceptable. A person working in the public should never talk to customers the way he talked to us. I didn't get loud or cuss, I simply asked him what I was supposed to do. And I commented to him that all the signs said they open at 10:30 am.

If there was a negative, i would us it. I come here off and on for a while. I always try to use my card when coming here due to unmentioned reasons. I came in with m family one afternoon, waiting on the customers in front of me to be served. (witnessing the reason that I don't use cash at food places - please ladies, find other places to carry your money). Never the less, I didn't have to get change back. So as the cashier was handling the money of the customer - it was my turn. She took my order, then handed me my cup WITH THREE FINGERS IN IT. I am floored, I ask if I may have a new cup and if she would grab my cup from the bottom to hand it too me. Other customers were standing waiting as well. She grabs another cup that was stuck to another cup, and she does the same thing. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't want breast milk in my rootbeer.. The manager comes over and ask all of us to leave and we will not be served. Everyone standing around stunned at his request, we all left because of his lack of ability to train he staff how to properly handle peoples food and drinks. I spoke with kfc home office, they seems to not be too alarmed with the sanitation of there store, just long as people come in and eat.

I used a free reward today to get a chicken sandwich. Granted, I don’t have a picture of this behemoth of a chicken sandwich, I INHALED it, but I was impressed at the fact of how big the sandwich was!! I was thinking it was gonna be a little junior size chicken sandwich. I literally had to have my husband help me eat it. That’s how damn big it was!! And the staff was so friendly too. Thank you Harrison KFC, you the real MVP

Won't eat there again. The tea was soured and they said it was okay. Whoever cooked the chicken put to much black pepper in it. They didn't have any napkins. I will never eat there again.

What can I say? I LOVE this KFC! Jerry is the Shift Manager and his easy smile, great cooking and awesome personality make this place SHINE! You can tell everyone here is enjoying working here and the food is delicious and the atmosphere is so nice. I love coming here! Trinity is so sweet and Rachel as well. I make this a regular stop and YOU SHOULD TOO!
Today, I had the privilege of meeting (at the Harrison Street location in Shawnee) ANDRE (wearing the bright yellow shirt with HUGE smile on his face), head of maintenance at KFC, as well as Sandy Brown, the assistant REGIONAL manager and her assistant LIZ. Liz has been with the company 27 plus years and Sandy Brown, even LONGER than that. Two ladies that are the salt of the Earth. Chad is the new General Manager at the Shawnee KFC location. He has been working for KFC since he was 16, he's now 30. Chad's dad with with KFC for 45 years.
The chicken here is FRESH and hot and ohhhhh so tasty! Hard to get enough. GIRL, I can live without STEAK but not my fried chicken. Hurry on over and grab yourself some. Tuesday is $10 for a 8 piece bucket special. YUMMY!
