Took my grandkids last night to the one at Shawnee mall location, they ordered the crispy chicken classic and in less than 10 minutes was violently throwing up from I assume food poisoning. Still sick today and called to report it last night so they could pull that chicken so others don’t get sick. They showed ZERO concern nor apologized and just said their dates on the meat are not out. I told them they may have undercooked it because it had pink in it and zero resp. I’m calling headquarters but would not suggest you eat there.

This is my second time coming to this location and the first time was horrible due to management. The new manager and team has made this KFC the one to come to. The manager and cook that was on was very professional, nice, and the food was freshly prepared. Definitely will be returning.

I went to this store yesterday morning the store was clean. I met the new manager and he was amazing I really think he will turn this store around.The food was great and the customer service was excellent and I will be back again. The managers name is Chad that I met.

My daughter and I went through drive through last night. There was two cars in parking lot. So we decided to just go through drive through and get home. Go to speaker guy says welcome to kfc what can o get you. Can u give us a few minutes I ask he says sure. We decide and set there for five or so minutes. Finally I ask are u there? No answer. Hoping I will leaving I ask? Just trying to make light of the situation. Finally I said hello? It had been a bit now he finally comes on the speaker and says. I’m all by myself so I will get to you when I get to you. Very rude!! First off didn’t know he was by himself, if I did and he would had said it differently I would have understood. He didn’t so we left. Will not ever go there again. You have my word on that.
