My daughter and I went through drive through last night. There was two cars in parking lot. So we decided to just go through drive through and get home. Go to speaker guy says welcome to kfc what can o get you. Can u give us a few minutes I ask he says sure. We decide and set there for five or so minutes. Finally I ask are u there? No answer. Hoping I will leaving I ask? Just trying to make light of the situation. Finally I said hello? It had been a bit now he finally comes on the speaker and says. I’m all by myself so I will get to you when I get to you. Very rude!! First off didn’t know he was by himself, if I did and he would had said it differently I would have understood. He didn’t so we left. Will not ever go there again. You have my word on that.

Everything was perfect. My pregnancy craving had been chicken and subconsciously I drove myself and my son here after promising him Wendy’s! 😂 I do not regret choosing KFC over Wendy’s. So happy with our meal. Chicken was juicy and Mac and cheese and mashed taters were fresh and creamy. Employees were fantastic and despite them being kinda busy they were attentive and kid. Yall made this moody pregnant lady the happiest in town. Thank you so much. We will be back 💕

Tried to order a 8 piece meal. And asked to sub out the wings,with legs or thighs ,and was was told no that I would have to take it the way it comes. Little to say i am sitting at Chicken Express now. And I got the order I wanted. Will never go to that kcf again.
Ordered a festive feast meal this evening and added (and paid) for 2 additional sides. Neither of the added sides were given in the order and when calling to fix the issue the phone went unanswered. This is not the first issue I've had with this location and I will not return.

Look up the menu online and they still won't offer me a sandwich that they clearly post as online order but you can not walk in and order it. This is asinine. I order a regular sandwich and ask for the sauce on the side and they still refuse me. Customer service is not a priority here in the Shawnee, Oklahoma area.

Staff (young boy with blond hair and glasses) was very rude not only to us but to an elderly gentleman. The young man who took our order was confused but he could be new and still getting a feel for things.Could smell old grease when walked in the door! Chicken tasted old as well.
