This KFC has the WORST service. The WORST food. The girl running drive thru at night is always saying "just a heads up I'm out of most everything right now" like cook ppl that's what you are there for! Never busy but they act like they are swamped. The food is cold and horrible. OWNER you better do something. It's bad!!

Customer service was great , food was good , dining room was empty but that was good too lol . However , had to ask for a rag to wipe my table off from food crumbs , gravy spots from previous customers . All else was good .

I usually ain't got no problems with the people who work here. But for some reason this time (9-21-23) this guy in the drive thru decided he wanted to get an attitude. For what reason? I JUST ordered my food and he already had an attitude. The manager standing there letting him growl at people cause he don't want to do his job. Little childish boy go sit down and let the grown folks do it then.

Ordered on the app the special that included 8 pieces of chicken and 8 chicken strips with sides. After my husband drove to Shawnee and back home, we discovered the 8 pieces of chicken strips were missing from the bag. He had to dive all the way back to Shawnee to get the rest of our order. Not cool at all KFC... for this we will not order anything from the mall drive location again. This ended up being a ridiculous amount of miles for your mistake!
